Palmer (Brian Dietzen) arrives at Dr. Mallard's (David McCallum) home, as he does every morning, to accompany him into the office. Sadly, this morning is unlike any other when Palmer finds Ducky still in bed and unresponsive. Dr. Mallard has passed, and Palmer can't control his heartbreak.
