chiefs needs a coach that can put the management on they toes someone who can tell them to back off don't buy players without a coach and stop doing things behind the back of the coach

For example. Chiefs had A Malombo then Manyathi then Nengomasha, then Katsande that's what I call like for like to keep rhythm just like Sundowns Troughton, Chirwali, Chancy, Motlohi, Tlhompho, Jali, Mokoena certain profile for certain positions like for like and this goes for all positions. Players were not replaced according to those positions and that created a big chaos. Chiefs at one stage lately we're playing with about 7 defenders but BECAUSE those coaches brought results that was ignored. Chiefs is a big brand all those legends they no longer have a say in that team. Buying players before you even recruit coach is a big mess.
Management is the problem at Chiefs,if u can ask why they appointed Ntsheki in the first place? This management is not serious with the club,why they don't hire a quality coach and his technical team?
True that's why they don't wanna sign pitso because they can't control him how are we judging the coach while there are certain decision his doesn't have power to decide on. Also players are not giving their best, the system also they've changed too much in a few seasons different coach philosophy so change must first come at the management
The most important thing that chiefs can do, is to stop signing players base on form, we need player with character even when their not at their best but their character will always show up, for now we are playing just to add numbers it's a shame 💔
