The CEO will never know you personally, he will never even know that you are hired, that you are there in the company. If you are or get in, in a company depends much on the HR. If the HR doesn't consider that you are qualified, if he doesn't like you, you'll never get in, so that others can meet you too. Be sure that a lot of qualified people didn't get in companies, didn't get to meet a person in a higher position or even the CEO because the HR. More people would get hired if they met directly the CEO.
@@Ami_Amaeven if you don't get to meet the CEO you tend to know who the CEO of the company is. You know it by going to the website and also getting company wide emails from the CEO. You are right the CEO most likely won't know who you are. unless you are in a high position.

Just like Wendy said, in the real world he would get fired for misrepresenting the company and displaying behavior that doesn't align with the company's standards of its employees. Sounds familiar with all the online exposure some people abuse to get people fired.

While I understand that college isn’t for everyone. They should at the very least…..commit to a high school diploma. But I also realize that life happens. Parents/family members get sick causing teens to drop out to take care of them and get jobs at a young age. In those situations, I agree that they shouldn’t be judged.

Absolutely true!! Just because someone has a Master's, PHD, or Doctorate doesn't make them any smarter than the average person either. Some people can be a straight A student & top of their class, & not have a bit of common sense.
I disagree. I don't believe that we should treat people equally because it gelps US avoid making enemies. I believe we should do it because it's just the decent thing to do. If you do it for selfish reasons, it's easy to fall out of... if you adjust yourself to see the good in people, then it sticks for life

A lot of people who have not finished their education became successful. As long as you work hard and believe in yourself you may not have to depend on a full education.
But Not All people Are Capable Enough To Succeed Without Education. People who Succeed without Education or college degree are very small in numbers. And They Are Usually Exceptionally Talented. Not all Drop-Outs End up being the next Bill gates. Majority of Them end up going Nowhere.
This shows a great thing from life. The society thinks that being a PhD or being a doctor or being a engineer is great and college is compulsory but this shows that with hardwork and determination u can be as rich a PhD without the education

My dad was a school drop-out...well he wasn’t a school drop-out but he didn’t go to college because he wanted to start working right away he got shamed for a few times but it all stopped when they found out how much money he was making😂✋🏽
