Our indian parents grandparenrs have been doing oil massage on the scalp for ages and yet no matter their age their hair are so voluminous and healthy. How do you explain this Dr since you also should know this better? Yes!!! I totally agree! It can be so challenging finding pregnancy safe products. Do not forget ACNE as a pregnancy concern while Vit A is prohibited. Some doctors even advise against Salicylic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide. HELP Doctor V!

I am Janneh from Italy. I really love your products. I've used your Trio Blemish kit for the face, the hair thickening shampoo and anagen booster, and your new Body Anti-aging complete range and they are all good for me. However, I think the products are kinda expensive to barely last 2 weeks, I am speaking particularly of the Body Anti-aging range, I used once a day but was really surprised that the oil could not even reach a two weeks period with a frequency use of once a day. Other than this, your products are great.

That would be great. However, in case I think there were some maybe factory problem in the filling process. The internal volume of the bottle where the oil should have covered doesn't conform to the 100ml that is on the bottle. When I opened the bottle, I saw a rubber just few inches away from the top. I also experienced it with the anagen oil which was empty when I received my package (still waiting for replacement since Nov 11). If you want I can do a video of what I'm speaking of.

In my case, I think there was a fault in the filling process. The actual volume of the oil in the bottle didn't conform to the 100ml on the bottle. When I opened it, I saw a rubber in the form of a sink where the oil was just about an inch from the mouth of the bottle. I also experienced similar situation with the anagen oil which was empty when I received my package on Nov. 11, till present I'm still waiting for a replacement as was promised by your sale team. However, increasing the bottle size will also be a good idea for the value of money. Thank you for always having the black community in mind in the work you do. You are making so much impact out here. Ciao.

Hi, since getting Ankylosing Spondylitis autoimmune disease.. I've suffered half of my head loss on the left side . Only on one side, its much thinner and falls out. I have to use Rogaine on my left temple. I've seen many Dermatologist and they don't know why I have this. The half of the head burns too and I have to take Amatryptaline for the pain

Please could you do a review of detoxie products - because they claim to be suitable to fight hard water damage plus contain redensyl which seems to be talked about everywhere these days. Also, since you mentioned going natural - do you have any thoughts on the curly girl method? Especially avoiding sulphites and silicones and detangling wet hair with product (I started trying the method recently and sometimes get freaked by the amount of hair I see after combing wet hair - but then I am also having post partum hair loss plus emotional stressers - so don’t know what to attribute it to). Hello, this is Dr Deekshitha, I am a doctor myself working in internal medicine. Just wanted to know your thoughts on my hair serums prescribed by cosmetologist. They adviced me to use Pylodil hs + Bontress in the morning. Pylodil hs + bontress + night owl hair serum in the night . Night owl alternating with xtradense hair serum every other day. I Find its too much and may be if you could suggest one or 2 of above serums which would it be? Or would be very grateful if you could make a video on those. All the serums are from India. I'm using the ordinary's hair density serum. I've also been eating more foods with iron (cereals, greens, etc. don't do supplements as they can have too much) and taking vitamin d supplements. I've read if it isn't a certain health problem most of the time it is low iron or low vitamin d that causes hair loss.

I feel like products just aren’t designed for my hair. I have curly mixed hair and the only way I can make it look decent is with water and hair products to style my hair. That means I have to wash my hair every-time I use the product, which means I’ve watching my hair 5-6 times a week

whats the difference between washing and wetting? i have loose curly hair i realized it needs water daily basically. so besides oiling i wet it with cold water every day to keep it soft/hydrated. i would consider shampooing/conditioning as washing. i wash with shampoo maybe once a month, two months because my scalp/hair doesnt need it. it is dry and needs hydration. dont worry about products and do what WORKS for your hair type.

For anything to penetrate from a shampoo into the scalp you would need to leave it in for atleast 5-7mins which no one does. So shampoo should just simply gently clean your hair

Thank you for another informative video! For me low ferritin was the cause of my hair thinning. Taking a good iron supplements helped alot. I've also found the ordinary multi peptide and kerastase genisis serum helpful.

Hi Kathy, the ordinary bottle is 60ml and It lasted me about two months, but I did not use it every day. I don't think that's needed to see results.

@@MUSICALWORKER I used a supplement containing 5mg of bisgycinate, fumarate and carbonyl iron with vitamin C. Twice a day at the beginning so 30mg in total. But if you can, contact your gp about what is best for you. They can also prescribe a more potent iron supplement. Also I wouldn't recommend taking iron supplements on an empty stomach, it often causes stomach aches and nausea if you do. Hope that helps.

I am literally a 16 year old girl who is experiencing way too much hair fall. Like the moment you brush your hair , it starts falling in a huge amt. Like even when i touch my hair , 2-3 strands fall. I have dandruff too. I am underweight. A 16 yr old girl should be 48-50kg but i am only 40kg. It sucks when you hear it probably happens to mid twenties or at a menopause and here i am , didn't even hit 18 and already suffering from hair loss.

I also have scarring alopecia, CCCA to be exact. I've been receiving steroid injections and using minoxidil, which helps reduce the inflammation and stimulate the follicles that are not scarred. However, if you're in a more advanced stage (as I am) then my understanding is that the only viable treatment to restore the scarred areas is a hair transplant (granted you have enough hair for the donor area). If your scarring alopecia is in a earlier stage then I HIGHLY encourage you to find a dermatologist in your area who can assess and offer the best treatment option for you, the sooner the better. It would be interesting to get Dr. V's opinion on this, but I hope this helps!

Thank you I did get injections early on. I had to travel to another city for treatment. Unfortunately I live in a area where the dermatologist do not know how to treat my situation. I’ve used minoxidil. I have learned to take care of my scalp and hair that I have over the pass few years and have seen amazing results.

My iron is high, but my ferritin is even ridiculously high. Like literally, my ferritin is over 1500+ yeah, that’s bad, 150 is the tap out and I believe that’s why my hair is thinning or falling out, because my ferritin serum level is so stupid high. I also have the gene mutation, so I have hemachromatosis, where my body stores way too much iron. I can’t take vitamin C, because vitamin C increases iron stores.
