Well a cyberman being as strong as they are, that's not really a tap on the shoulder. They can kill that way. Of course given the budget, they don't quite sell it.
I've always wondered what the Doctor does with all the bodies like that of the Cybermen in his Tardis once he leaves Telos. Does he drop them off on a waste planet or leave them out for the dustmen??
