RIP William Russell (Ian Chesterton) who passed this weekend at 99 years old.

Most of the missing episodes in Season 3 have been animated, so you can react to those.

Believe me when I say you will cry with all the other doctors and companions in classic Who

I know where one more serial in with Season 2 but just to tell you Season 3 has the largest chunks of missing episodes so you might lose alot of context. My option is listen to some of the audios or watch reconstructions which is very jarring to do or read the sypnosis on the episodes. There were originally 10 serials, 3 serials exist in full, a few parts of a story partially exists and only 4 don't exist in full the first story Galaxy 4 is animated but the third part of that story does exist and able to watch the original version just to let you know before you react to it if at all. Audio recordings of all missing episodes exist thanks to the fans who were watching during it's original broadcast in the 60's recorded the sound off the television with high vault of electricity which was considered very highly dangerous at the time.

On our bbc 4 and iplayer channels tonite (thurs) is a tales of the tardis pyramids of mars thats 75 mins long and apparently shiws you the og ep were you meet sutech for the first time plus the dr and ruby talking about their journey so far.

Ian and barbara, two of the best companions in the history of dr who! So sad when they leave, hurts everytime 💔
