cmsahe umm mate, I disagree with the choice too but.... you're sounding very sexist and homophobic. Also he's not transgender, he's....a she (which was a dumb fucking idea).
Irrational minds only do irrational things. Your overreaction is plain silly. Like a 5-year-old child throwing all of his toys in the trash because he didn't get the present he wanted.
This is the beginning of the end for Doctor Who. WHY? Let me explain... At the moment, millions (it seems) of feminists are jumping up and down and shouting "DOCTOR WHO'S A WOMAN! DOCTOR WHO'S A WOMAN!" But what we aren't seeing quite so clearly are the MILLIONS of normal, ordinary people, who make up the vast majority of the TV watching public, who are saying "What a load of rubbish. Not watching THAT again. They've ruined it." Let's elaborate. For the sole purpose of furthering a pernicious left-wing, liberal, pro-fem agenda, the BBC has tampered with a series that, sadly, is not popular enough to withstand this kind of radical and pointless tampering. The show is already dying, thanks to Steven Moffat, and the last season (series 10) has the dubious distinction of having achieved the LOWEST audience figures in the show's entire history. You don't believe me? Well... 2.89 MILLION viewers sat down and watched 'The Eaters of Light' (episode 10) on the evening that it was broadcast. No episode has ever got such abysmally low ratings in the show's 53 year history. So, it's fair to say that things are not looking good. So, what will happen in 2018? THIS is what will happen. A couple of million pro-fem, feminists will tune in for the first episode, bolstering its audience figures to around seven million (which is slightly more than series 10 began with). However... after the initial excitement has worn off, these couple of million new viewers will realise that this is not their kind of programme - otherwise they would have been watching it already anyway - and will switch off. This in addition to the millions who have switched off already because they don't like seeing a traditional male role being tampered with for the reasons stated above. So, from an initial seven million (approx), by episode four, we'll be down to, well, under four. From there it is a steady downward slide to cancellation. The only option, which would be almost as embarrassing (perhaps even more so) would be a sudden regeneration back into a man. . Of course, some people will point to recent polls of a Doctor Who forum and members of THE LABOUR PARTY, who apparently were at least 80% in favour of a female Doctor Who. To this I say just two things... 1) we all know how accurate polls are don't we? And 2) of all the people in the WORLD likely to be in favour of a female Doctor Who it's likely to be members of THE LABOUR PARTY. And the hardcore obsessive Who fans - who will say anything to support their whole reason for living. So, in short, these polls mean absolutely SWEET F.A. DOCTOR WHO is already dying, thanks to Steven Moffat. Chris Chibnall will finish it off and bury it. R.I.P. DOCTOR WHO.
