Ye there's actually a lot of easter eggs like this in the shows. Like I remember in Torchwood, there was a poster on the wall for Harold Saxon in season 2 I think it was. There is also several examples of magpie technologies throughout too which roots back to the season 2 episode "the idiots lantern"

Walf eh, not really. I’d say Day of the Doctor exactly matched this arc in terms of hype. The only difference was it was only one episode, so no cliffhanger to keep people on edge

Day of the Doctor is way overrated in my opinion, I may have forgiven it if it didn’t spend so much damn time on the Zygons, which actually lessened their return.

@@paddystrongjaw9995 the whole Zygon arc is so "blehg" to me. I dread rewatching those episodes aside from the good speeches.

failwhale34 literally!! i think i was about 9 when series 4 aired and i’d never been so invested in a show before. i remember feeling absolutely overwhelmed with happiness over rose and the gang being all together, iconic 👌🏻

@@fayesouthall6604yea Tennant is great I just wish we’d had more time with Eccleston as Nine too. But I mean if we recycling faces who knows. The caretaker said some old favorites might return but honestly I wonder if they planned for a previous Doctor to return like Tennant did.

I *REALLY* wish that this was his actual regeneration. The cliffhanger was so good and then it was all just a cop out. My ideal resolution to this would be 1. Sarah Jane gets saved 2. Torchwood gets exterminated 3. The Doctor regenerates. It would've been so dope if they followed through.
