Those Star Wars are 100% legit. Also that FX7 maybe worth quite a bit if it is the 30A cardback. It is very rare and one sold for $12,000 back in 2014.

Just checked and the FX7 says Made in Him Kong in the silver tubing at the bottom so it’s a 30B

Probably been told alot already but I do believe those Star Wars figures are the real deal budd it's very cool to see them like this. The R5 is definitely been faded from some type of light source. Overall they really do look like they were forgotten about for a while.

Thanks Bill? I have had an expert take a look and he has confirmed their authenticity to the best of his ability. Regarding the R5, someone did reach out and suggested that one of the colour plates may not have been used correctly in the factory as the sticker on the figure shows no fading at all, and that would have been likely to fade sooner than the card… also the colour block behind the figure is a uniform colour meaning the figure hasn’t prevented any area from fading as you would expect, as a factory error that could potentially make it ‘rarer’ still… to the right collector of course. Well you did well with the SW figures as they are all legit. I'm thinking that the R5 probably didn't have one of the colour screens present (or with enough ink in it) when it was printed, hence the red look to it. Not sure what you paid but most of the Palitoy ones would be worth £1K and above (especially the ESB ones and the Power Droid).

You definitely think 100% legit then? That seems to be the consensus of the people that have given me feedback. If that’s the case with the R5 then it could potentially be even more sought after by those that chase errors then? I paid a very fair price had they been regards but very little if genuine. Looks like I may have to send some more money towards the guy who sold them to me…

@@CosmicToys From what I can see on your video I would say these are 100% legit but it's worth getting someone to look at them in hand to know for sure. The fact that a couple of the footers have letters printed on them really makes me think this and the textured seals and card back quality all look correct. I've had many originals in my hands so it would be easy to know in person but there's nothing really raising any red flags to me. I know what you mean about the R5 looking off but it would be possible to have a printing error and as the rest look good I'd say that this one is also (especially as it's not the most expensive in the bunch). Worth getting a second opinion (you could take them to the next echo live ) but i think you might have a great haul there :)

Sadly I can’t go to Echo Live, I have been blocked from all of their groups (I’d love to know why as I never really interacted with anyone there). I did wonder if it’s just that they don’t like people with a shop? Anyway, I’ve made more selling via my shop website than I ever did in the groups so not so bad in the end haha.

@@CosmicToys Seems a bit harsh that they would block you, who knows what goes on with these groups but I'm sure someone will visit your shop and let you know for sure. I would look up up each figure with what back it is (A or B for the Palitoy ones), and see if you can find any sold listings to give you a rough idea for price. I think Vectis has sold a lot of these palitoy mocs in the past so that might be a useful place to look (or even auction them there and then you'll know for sure if they're real or custom). Best of luck with them all either way though, I'm sure there are plenty of collectors who will be after them but you need to make sure you trust the opinion of anyone giving you advice.

@@ianwhitlock757 it’s been about five years since I noticed I was blocked, not heard anything from them at all. Very strange. I did see one of the admins at a couple of toys fairs, he makes a point of not making eye contact so I opted to never approach him… Anyway, yes I had considered Vectis. That may well be the way to go. Seriously, thank you for all your help.
