This was my first episode of Doctor Who! Immediately endeared me to the 10th Doctor, and Wilf has been my favorite human character ever since. Watched both parts, watched the first episode of the new series, then went back and watched everything properly in order starting from the 9th Doctor and started watching the 11th Doctor’s new episodes live as they aired.

One thing I never quite understood is why The Doctor didn't just use the Chameleon Arch from Series 3 on Donna. I mean, she was dying because she's a human with a Time Lord brain. If he'd used the Chameleon Arch to make her Gallifreyan, wouldn't that fix the issue entirely?
