Lisie hospital,Kochi kerala, Dr jose chacko has done 29 heart transplants as of now...including repeat transplant in same person, and also in one case , both lungs and hearts.. Kottayam medical college, Dr jayakumar cvts surgeon has also done couple of transplant cases.. I think first case of heart transplant in India was at King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College by Dr Prafulla kumar Sen way back in 1967( patient survived only 3 hrs). Dr sharad pandey was one of the team member.. Dr Prafulla Khmar is 4th in whole world to do heart transplant. I am a cardiologist, the video facts are wrong, there is successful heart transplant programme at aiims delhi, median survival rates are approaching 12yrs , ppl r living normal life post transplant upto almost 10yrs, plz update and then only post content.

Well trauma and all the adrenaline and rest of the stress hormones and growth factors makes your heart to dilate leading to stress cardiomyopathy... Cause i saw a suicidal hanging patient survived after she was kept like for 2 weeks in icu...and in those 2 weeks she coded,went into heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy...but after 2 weeks she wokeup and psychiatric referral was done and she left hsptl at the end of the day... So i think trauma and stress might lead to cardiomyopathy which may lead to heart failure
It's movie for entertainment not documentary ..director, producer, scrip writter are not doctors... So it's OK if they don't dignose Right problems in movie scene. Even we don't use logic during fun time during movie... We just get entertainment form movie. And we take right treatment from real doctors like u in real life.
