Brthr apne kaha ki wo registered nah I ho tab bhi.... But registration section 17 (1A) kehta h ki jo contract 2001 ke bad hue h or registered nahi h wo 53A ko enforce nahi kara sakte pls clear this doubt

What happens to the advance money in this case :- Builder - The person selling the flats. Party A - Who pays builder advance and says give me 6 months time to pay balance 25 lakhs balance and after that get sale deed registered. Party B - To whom the builder sells the flat for 1 crore through a registered Sale Deed. What happens to the advance money given by Party A to the builder, If by chance builder doesn't return the amount or deducts unnecessary charges, under what Law can the Party A sue the builder to get their money back.

Brother please answer to my question please 🙏 My grandfather had purchased a land in 1971 on agreement basic that the sum of rupees so and so is been cleared by the buyer ( my grandfather ) of the plot No 6 and 7 .... but have no registry of the plot And my grandfather has died long time and dadi also and the one who selled the plot has also died..... now can my father sell the property without the registry and will be authorized to sign in registry paper for new buyer Brother waiting for your reply🙂
