You can include/exclude field questions as well as add the Approval comment so whatever entered in the approval comment will be shown in the sent email. Can you include an element that would need multiple people to select "approve" before it goes to the next round? I don't want to have to set up a specific order of approvals if certain people are slower to respond.
Hi David, To clarify, you want multiple approvers in a particular approval element and any of them could approve? If yes, it is not currently possible to enter multiple approver email address in an approval so it is not yet possible but I have escalated this as a feature request by creating a feature request ticket here www.jotform.com/answers/3118515 in our support system. Feel free to reply to it to confirm your request based on the given information. For now, here are options that might help. 1) Enable Escalation option in the Approver's settings where someone else get notified after a specific time.
