You need to know how Ijebu found themselves in Nigeria, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona once talked about that and they don't relate to Islamic at all. Islam came to Nigeria in the 1600s and Ijebu has been in existence, trading and spending dollars before that time. They are the only tribe who spent dollars in Nigeria before slavery in the 1800s.
