I feel inspired to regain my health, my body, cultivate my Qi and my flexibility again. I used to practice Shaolin Kung fu, Hung Gar, Tai chi Quan, and Xing Yi and Bagua Zhaung.

I heard Jason say he was 45 years old when being interviewed for acceptance into the temple. He is 57 years old now (2023). So, this tells me this is from around 2011. He also says he's been a student of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do for 20 years, which fits since "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" was released in 1993.
