Documenting my progress . Fusion of Capoeira + Kali # 67 

Having a traditional West African dance background inspired me to take up the Afro-Brazilian martial arts disguised as dance capoeira, and I trained on and off for 9 years. Still, during the 2020 lockdowns, I resumed my training but trained independently.
From 2021 to 2023
Training unassisted allowed me to change from a formal technique/discipline into capoeira street fighting and mixed martial arts.
From 2023 to the present
I've adapted Filipino kali fusion contemporary capoeira into my combat training and full-body calisthenic workout repertoire.
What I'm doing might look bad but practice makes perfect!
