Hi dear I'm just concerned of something here, your usual guidance will be useful here..... I have been in the teaching field for more than a decade and I will be uploading my Education document together with my promotional letter (Work document) which shows my monthly salary. In that case, is the embassy gonna request for my payslips, or current account bank statement, to verify where my actual source of fun? Because, what I am preparing to give them is my saving account statement and not my current account. The saving account deduction isn't done by the institution (my employer) therefore, the amount i am savjng doesn't reflect on my payslip. In this case, do I need to prepare that too? Also i have a sponsor already, he would be sending the money to my savings account not salary or current account

Hello loveth, thank you so much for the tips for practical nursing interview, I got accepted. For a self sponsored applicant showing POF in bulk sum by sales of property, do I need to show any other document to explain income clarification asides from attaching a bill of sale showing the buyer, seller , amount sold and date, and an official statement of change of ownership.

I will submit your employment letters and pay slips (as a chef) along with your sponsor's documents for my POF. My concern: I do not have tax clearance, but there is a tax deduction on my payslip. Will it be okay to submit a payslip showing Tax deductions? Is it also okay to apply for a study visa to study nursing without any healthcare experience?

What about the main applicant going with his/her spouse and being able to prove living expenses for a year, do they have the upper hand to be granted RP without providing further evidence of funding for the remaining study duration considering the spouse will be working to support the partner in Finland. No, they don't have upper hand. They have lower chances. Remove what Finland "might" provide to you from your mind while making your application. This way, you will prepare better and be more reasonable. Many spouses in Finland who followed their spouse to Finland ends up getting paid by Finland monthly. Unless the other spouse has signed a work contract in Finland, he/she applying together with the admitted partner might even be a danger to both parties.
@@lovethzobam thanks for your swift response. In this way, I guess providing evidence of having landed property (register survey plan) might help. Alternatively, they get a sponsor for both for the remaining years after providing funds on their own for a year. Your candid advice will be highly appreciated.

My question is, if I show my payment slip and certificate of employment as proof of income for my studies, would the immigration request I provide Dubai police report? If you're being sponsored by some other person, the fund can even be a day old in your account. If you're sponsoring yourself, you need to show how you accumulated the fund over months.

There is no straight answer to that. It will need proper evaluation of the account and its activities to say if it's worth enough proof. In some cases, the balance may not matter. In some cases, it might. This is why people with same kind of application ends up being granted Residence Permit and the others not.
