How? Q 50s have the same amount of hp , are lighter, & have awd. People act like manufacturers weren’t making cars fast. Scatpack platform is over a decade old, even the new ones. They only have a slight body change & technological updates. The power train is the same
A lot of people don’t actually understand how this race went out. the Q50 is a a 3.0L twin turbocharged v6 first of all. the scatpack is a NA 6.4L v8. second of all, q50s usually run 13s and 14s in a quarter mile, and do a 0-60 in a little under 5 seconds. a scatpack challenger runs high 11s (drag radial) and low 12s (stock tire) and does a 0-60 in a little over 4 seconds. not only did the q50 get a head start, but the challenger didn’t hook right. if they started at the same time and the scatpack hooked when he launched, the q50 would have been gapped. Besides, the scat pack got a 12.8 (without traction at the launch) while the red sport got a 13.1 (with traction at launch)
@@tomservo3749 red sport, forgot to turn traction control off and didn't have suspension on correct setting...hoping to go back and break into 12s stock...
Hey bro what about the transmission in this Q50 ,l am in love with this car and l want to get a 3.7 for summer but I have heard that transmission was having some issues and it wasn't the best one. What's your experience with it ? Thanks
Q50 twin turbo charged v6 vs challenger* fixed it. Infinity had a head start a twin turbo and still lost to “all that weight that can’t take corners” type car😂
That’s actually just the old 3.7 a 202 engine they have a hybrid with 360 hp and the twin turbos update tail lights and a 5.6 v8 q70 and the old 3.7 can beat rt jus has a old trans but this for casuals like you
