Tools needs:
T-20 screwdriver or allen wrench style work.
Scissors or something good to cut plastic.
Flat head screwdriver
Ziptie as long as it long enough to wrap around the plastic mechanism your fine.
You can also try glueing those pieces together with some strong glue you clean the grease and let it sit like how youtube username Max Force did it.
Up to you as long as you make those two piece stick togther your fine and you can test it out before just hold it in place and make someone else move the lever and see the steering wheel go up or down and then you will get the idea of what to do!
My truck is a 2005 Ram Srt 10 but should be the same for many more models just check it out yourself you will save money and time! Hope this helps!
