Dave Roberts playing victim and that attitude is trickling down to his players. He’s talking about being disrespectful, he won’t even refer to them as the Padres, he’s resorting to “that team”, they’re making a huge deal about nothing. I don’t see them talking about Ohtani launching that bat towards the Padres dugout after his home run to mars. Padres didn’t complain they just continued to play and not cry about it.

They were playing in a hostile environment getting cups and garbage thrown at them by the holier-than-though Dodgers fans after spanking them in game 2. Im not even a fryers fan but the media loves to paint Machado as the villain. In his younger days, he was certainly a hothead...but no one is mentioning his leadership and the clear evidence that he "lightly" threw the ball with a soft bounce. When a Manager shames a team for having a team meeting after almost becoming unraveled and losing players to ejections, shows exactly where The Dodgers and their management is as a "team."
