Girl, when you first started talking about taking the biotin I was like oh I need to cop me some of that. my Walmart had the same brand but the 10,000 mg so I got that cause my nails are absolutely terrible. Super thin and brittle. and my hair also doesn't grow. I started breaking out like a week ago and couldn't figure out why cause I don't get acne anymore.
