I remember playing this game back in like 2016 or something with an infinite money cheat so I could skip the grind. Scummy, I know. But I was not about to empty my wallet for a damn mobile game. With all the weapons unlocked, this game was actually really fun. I played it for some more and then fully moved on to pixel strike.
I remember the time in 2017-2018 where if you logged into someones icloud (or google play) account who has all guns you could get everything for free. They found out about it eventually and scrapped the feature

I still enjoy the game, I remember playing when my brother, he figured out my grandma’s credit card number. And he went on a spending spree in Pixel Gun, he bought everything. I still have that account, and I use it now, I have winced moved away from paying for things because, y’know, he bought everything. I have tried to forget the past, but what’s done is done.
I would say the game isnt really pay to win anymore. I've been a player for 8 years and have seen this game go through many changes over that time. Developers have definitely made it way easier to get powerful weapons and items. 2017-18 were the years where the pay to win aspects peaked, but luckily with new management the developers have been able to loosen up a bit and make the game more fair for free players. Obviosley the have to make money to keep the servers running, but it's still possible to get alot of stuff for free that you van get via in app purchases. My only gripe with the game is the growing try hard play styles which ruin the game for players like myself. Once they address this overdue bullshit the game would greatly improve.
@@gavinq5169 Though it is true that it is pay to win heavy Free to play players like myself can get an insane amount of premium currency like gems easily via a lot of methods like chest opening or battle pass or just watching ads (unfortunately those are the only known good methods i know of) Though the most unfair things i find are the coin prices for things, some of the really broken weapons (fuck the TV and the vertical grip device though i have it) and the leveling system And out of those 3 things i listed at least 2 things are being dealt with: leveling just got reworked and effectively halving the amount of exp needed for max level, weapon costs and upgrades are also being dealt with too next update In conclusion: is it pay to win? Yes if you choose to do so Is it free to play? Also yes
I actually remember playing this game along side minecraft and block city wars but what I love about this game was that it had pretty unique maps for everyone to use from wide open maps with very little ammo making fights intense to parkour maps floating with plenty of ammo and you had to watch your step it also featured maps from the campaign which I really loved mainly because each one had a very eerie soundtrack, the story was awesome but as for the multiplayer I miss playing with my friends we'd always do survival or straight up pvp but as the years went on we moved on to different games and well I tried going back into pixel gun and found out that it's not the one I remember, it forces you to spend real money just to get a rare gun or a ultimate chest and the game would rarely give it to you, and it shows how greedy the devs have gone into
youknow... u probably wont read this, cuz its 6 months later (xD) but PG3D is deffenetly NOT p2w. i littery have an alt where im lvl 30 (since ur OG, max lvl is 65 rn) and i have the best gun (ultimatum) on it. its litterly just the super toxic community that ruins the game... for an example: u can get 30 gems/day without playing the game/spending more then 15 min on it. a mythical weapon (highest grade) costs 350 gems in traders van (max. level price) so in 12 days, u can get a highest tier weapon without p laying a SINGLE mach O.o

Pg3d was THE game game back then, everyone i knew played it and competed to have the most 3 star weapons etc. Then the power creep started, new items added that made the old ones bad. Armor made the ttk way too long and the constant addition of new guns was unecessary and too much. Balance was ruined and p2w became a huge issue.
sure, it is really fucking unfair being swatted like flies by sweaty miniature organ containers, but if you are one of those annoying assholes, you can fly around and annihilate people with op weapons and get more op weapons
being a free2play player is definitely possible, but it takes a lot of grinding and time to do, which i painfully had to do from scratch after my account was banned falsely, but i did get somewhat back up to speed with my previous progress. i am so glad i accidentally stumbled upon this game, have i ignored it, i wouldnt be here
Some tips for Pixel Strike: -Use the laser on every weapon and if the guns in your loadout don’t benefit from hollow points, use steady aim. Both of these attachments/perks not only increase your hipfire accuracy but your ADS accuracy as well. This can be a big help in both close quarters and long range alike - Use hollow points on the awp. The mathematics don’t exactly make sense but the bonus damage that hollow points gives allows the awp to one shot to the torso somehow, but it can be a little inconsistent and sometimes doesn’t work at all. - The stimpack and rpg are pretty much the only solid equipment choices right now - Avoid using red dot sights and acog scopes as much as possible. They increase your zoom slightly and that messes with your sensitivity. If your weapon’s ironsight is tolerable, use it Hope this was helpful!
6:46 Ultimatum is better in pg3d and in the developer update they made the game unpay to win but the dumbest pay to win players said “boo that update sucks” and over 2k players changed their names to shit update so they started losing players BUT after month they made it pay to win again and guess what? Pay to win players came back and that’s the end of the story… Don’t call the game bad Call the PLAYERS bad..
@@Macelroy well, the devs don’t actually have any part in this. There’s too many P2W players in pg3d, and if the devs didn’t make it p2w again, the game would be dead. At this point, the community is purposely driving the devs to make the game worse. People hear what they WANT to hear.
i played pixel strike like 6 months ago the players were so toxic lmao if you even use an gun that wasnt the marksman rifle you got hated on and called a spammer, glad i quit smh dont know if its still that toxic but the bugs were like never fixed too

Pg3d isn't as pay to win as it used to be. Yes there are a lot of crazy OP shit, but most of them aren't that hard to unlock. Paying just... Speeds the progress up a bit. Edit: also, really nice editing I subscribed. And I'll make sure to check pixel strike out on steam.
I used to play Pixel Gun 3d a couple years ago, I got back recently. I remember getting the "Fire Demon" sword, and DESTROYING EVERYONE. Also the "Prototype", again DESTROYING. I was, and still am free to play. I'm having a lot of fun, even when I'm outgunned by some pay to win, toxic asshole, I remember to stay positive, that's what keeps me going. Even grinding can be fun, since it's just playing the game in general.
during one of the christmas events (2013 or 14) i was saving up to buy some sort of limited edition revolver (i believe it was blue and had white stripes). i was so proud of myself after i bought it, and because i was a noob it took me forever to unlock shortly later they rebranded the gun and changed it to an ugly grey revolver and i was *furious*

From shitty lottery’s, overpowered weapons, one shot weapons which is the the BIGGEST PROBLEM IN THIS GAME, the devs don’t give two shits about our community, of course you’ll have people who say “buy they have made changes they care” no they fucking don’t, because if they did there wouldn’t be so many fucking problems that can be Fixed IN NOT EVEN A WEEK, I miss the days when all weapons were good, nothing was bad. I feel like most of the background gameplay is Pixel Strike just to piss people off. Also, i found Pixel Gun on a whim when i was a kid because i REALLY wanted to play Minecraft even though i am SWEDISH, MOM. Yeah, anyways, i found Pixel Gun when i was searching through the App Store on a cool day of May of 2015. I played it for a while, back then i could barely even read english back then so i just called it Minecraft with Guns. Anyways, i played A LOT. And then i realized how big the content scene was for it and even my favorite youtubers FGTeeV played it. (which is where half of my nostalgia for the game comes from.) I eventually got Minecraft but i didn’t quit. To the point where i got two of the super rare Lucky Box weapons, the Power Claw and Spark Shark. Also it’s very stupid how you had to collect the parts for the weapons after an update. And Hell! they removed the Lucky Box so now they are unobtainable! But i didn’t get the one weapon i ALWAYS wanted. The Golden Friend. Well at least i didn’t get the stupid Candy Cane like my cousin. Anyways, i have way too much experience with this game to talk about here. If you actually read this you are a Sigma Male or Female.

I remember complaining to myself in the back of my head that the game wouldn't let me make skins. Then I was SUPER surprised when I got a skin maker item thing I made the worst skin ever, literally just diagonals in a rainbow order, and I remember being disappointed with it
Pixel Strike 3D? Bro, I've played that game, it's good, but not even half as awesome as Pixel Gun 3D. The only purchase I've made on it was to remove ads (4.99 USD). And it's a LOT easier to get coins and gems in today's time (I've been playing this game since 2015, so believe me, I know your pain of micro transactions.)
Pixel gun is more pay to win the more ppl stop playing since the devs do need money like any other human being, but i personally dont see that much of a p2w problem, i mean i didnt spend a cent before level 65 and still had the gems to upgrade my weapons. Also everything u pay for can be achieved with some grinding, or luck in the black market. Thats a long comment.

I remember that the game wasn’t that complicated back then and it wasn’t that pay to win as players could have a chance without paying cash. Now the game is more complicated, less fun, and has more and more pay to win guns and shit. Oh yeah, and sweats.
I spent like 240 dollars on that game on two accounts and I think I uninstalled it and got it back and it took all my weapons and armor… that’s it just armor and weapons everything else was still there including my level meaning I could never win because I had no weapons then i tried to restart it in so many different ways but it never really worked this game is really scammy today and uses multiple unethical tactics to make you spend money and hate the game but still play it so it kinda sucks
It sucks bcos it's basically paytowin now. Coins earned in the game is very little and the gun prices are so expensive and only rich dudes are able to get the most op gun in the game. But it's strange that a part of me still wants to play the game even with the pay-to-win mechanics.
I still remember this game, and it certainly isn't as good as it was around 2016. As a F2P player back then, it certainly had P2W elements, but enough time and effort and the right investments in certain weapons could really get you far
