That guy in the suite was a sexpat. So many of them in Asia, usually from UK or USA

Poverty brings out the worst predators. I hope the locals are looking after the children and making sure these people aren't abusing their young. I saw this in the Phllipines as well and it makes me so angry.

Absolutely. I’d say, Vientiane has the absolute weirdest and worst of the bunch. “The pus.. that infects the mucous... that cruds up the fungus.. that feeds on the pond scum.”
