«2. on and on: continuously Ex: The silence just went on and on» -- 'Continuously' implies time protraction, while the context of 'just went' implies momentaryness. "The silence was [just] going on and on.", where the meaning of 'just' cannot be but comparative.
1. Next day is my deadline for graduate thesis, I'm doomed and gloomy now cause I hasn't finished yet. Worse, it is forecasted that there will be floods in my area. That has adverse effects to my mental health cause I have a post -traumatic stress disorder. I think that I can take a walk and calm down. For me, a walk per se allways helps me tackle climate anxiety. Just for learning vocabulary:)

thanks BBC My summary while listening When we talk about climate change, we discuss their consequences on the economy and the environment. Nevertheless, it also has an adverse effect on our minds. We all feel like doom and gloom when seeing the list of climate emergencies such as fires, heat waves, flooding, droughts. It goes on and on. This worry is leading to mental health problems not only for the unfortunate people experiencing the natural disasters first hand but all of us on the whole. According to Dr Gesche Huebner, a researcher, she has clear evidence about the link of climate change and the increased risk of suicide. Besides, experiencing natural disasters such as storms, flooding can result in post traumatic stress disorder and other anxiety issues. In addition, she mentions positive things which can be done to benefit our mental health. If we get fossil fuel vehicles off the road, the air quality is improve and it’s good for mental health per se. Or maybe we can change the road infrastructure layout to provide more space to cycle or walk, our mental and physical health becomes better according. The same things go for more green spaces such as parks, reserves for wildlife.
Hello! My name is Baruch. In 2021 I was diagnosed with cancer. It was a hard struggle for life. I want to share with you 5 tips that help me to maintain my health. First of all, it's a healthy diet. I try to use only quality food, eat fruits and vegetables every day. Also, my wife and I buy some home-made products. Secondly, I try to sleep at least eight hours a day, and at the right time. Thirdly, I try to walk twice a day in the fresh air. Fourth, I do physical exercise every morning. Fifth, I try to find reasons to laugh every day. The Bible comforts us that soon people won't be sick anymore. It says: "No resident will say: “I am sick" (Isaiah, chapter 33, verse 24). Please write what helps you to maintain your health.

"And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." Matthew 24:6-14

As earths climate has only ever constantly changed... No im not "anxious" what makes me nervous are the watermelon policies people like the BBC wish to pursue
This is a terrible approach by the DR. So taking cars out of the road (combustion) is going to be a relief for those who suffer climate anxiety. Thats ridiculous.
Climate changes is a serious issue human face today, for instance there isn't any signs of autumn in our country IRAN. The weather is extremely warm like summer 😔
