Does Daniel see the kids right now | Answering some hard questions 

My parents divorced when I was 13, and it was hard. One that you need to remember for your kids: NEVER talk bad about him around the kids (even though he deserves it). It always made me sick to my stomach when my parents would bad mouth each other around me. I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!

Girl give yourself some grace. It’s hard, really hard. And buying yourself a gift is not selfish. Do it if it helps you. Do what you need to do to feel some sort of normalcy.

I seriously teared up watching because of how bad my heart hurts for her. Watching them over the years it almost feels like I know them personally and I just never saw this coming I feel so bad. Kendal you are seriously so strong. This is one of the hardest things someone can go through. Give yourself grace and take the time you need for yourself to heal. I had to "re-do" memories so I wouldn't be triggered by places. So my kids or friends would go to those old hangouts, so the next time I thought on it it wouldnt be like a devastating spiral. I could choose to think of the new "redone" memory for comfort. Helped alot!

I was up praying for you and your family this morning. Y’all have been on my mind a lot lately. I’m so sorry that y’all are going through this. I have not personally been through a situation like this but I have watched my aunt go through it with a 9mth old baby (at the time). It was deff the worse trial of her life but as her Pastor encouraged her by saying, “keep tieing a knot in the rope and hold on bc you will overcome this.” Also “let the people that love you, LOVE YOU! and the ones that want to be there for you, LET THEM during this time. ❤ I know sharing this part of your life is humbling and hard so I pray strength in Jesus name!

I think at this point "ugly" is justified. Also it is a natural reaction and will lead to other things, sadness and then eventually and hopefullu healing. You are very strong for your kids. I've been in this exact situation, and everything you're feeling is valid. It killed me letting my daughter go visit him, but one thing I learned is that in punishing him, I inadvertently was also punishing my daughter by not letting her see her father. We won't talk about how as she grew older she decided on her own accord to stop seeing him. LOL Sending you lots of love and support

Same thing happened to me 7 years ago, my boys were 8 and 11 at the time. I was devastated, never imagined being a single mom and really didn't know if I would be able to make it. But, things will get better. I know it may not seem that way right now, but trust me they will. Sometimes it's better to be single, then to be with someone you can no longer trust. Hang in there!

I told my mom hundreds of times single moms are built differently.. they are the strongest humans and the bravest... mom said after dad cheated, she never wanted us to see him, but she said she prayed God take her love for him and put it to the side so she can do what right for us.. she loved dad but the love was different.
