Kendrick is my GOAT through and through. Not the biggest Drake fan but push ups was fukn excellent. That was If "You're Reading This It's Too Late" we were heading. If you speak to a lot of older black Brits they’ll tell you that a lot of the slang prominent among today’s black grime/drill artists has been ripped from their US counterparts. Black people in the UK never used to refer to each other with the N-word. This has been imported, so arguably these artists are not being their “authentic” self. At the end of the day, people are just mad at Drake because he’s the most successful in a field that values material success above much else.
