True, luckily in ESO levels aren't whats important. So many people play MMORPGS like ESO for a lot of unhealthy reasons. A vast and perpetually growing online game is meant to be savored, immersive, and just all around invested into. Going into a game like ESO with the mindset to just simply churn out your level and get to this mythical 'end game' really cheapens an experience with ESO. I can't tell you how many people i've come across that haven't even bothered to learn any lore or take part in any of the great stories of Tamriel.

i understand what marshall means, i'm the type of player who will find a lore book in the game, and i'll stop what i'm doing to READ IT!! some of those book can even give helpful hints.

Its a upgrade of extended content way beyond their regular DLC that why its called an expansion its no more then the game its less only 40$ upgrade compared to the games price of 60 to 80 and it is less when they put it on sale the other reason why it is more different then regular dlc since its a expansion it is set in a different time it actually takes place 40 years after you defeat molag bol which means all new DLC will be unique to that new time frame that is also why you dont find dolmens in vvardenfell ESO is suppose to help be fillers in the lore of the elder scrolls we have not visited or seen since we started the game franchise in the third era this is the second era before tiber septim would begin the third era and its before skyrim which is the 4th era when Bethesda makes the elder scrolls 6 we may be in the 4th era still or the 5th since they are continuing to the future i hope eso also gives us some myeritic era expansions so we can fight the dragon cult and dragons not being a dragonborn they have room to do that since not all of skyrim is unlocked yet maybe if they do make a release like that they might make the dragonborn class but limit the shouts we have because it not skyrim we wont have every shout known to the dova but just even having unrelenting force would be a cool ultimate ability in the game the doors are open much much to add and see in eso and you can get it all cheap be patient like me wait for the sale drops i got the expansion for 25 on psn then i usually spend 40 on crowns gives me enough crowns to buy 4 dlcs wont buy more until im out i still got crowns from after purchasing clockwork city dlc that just came out the other week

ESO PVP In beta was the absolute tits. Hands down funnest PVP experience I'd ever had to date. Massive sieges, everyone was low level so it was actually fun and felt fair. They even wrote a lorebook about one of the beta battles i was in called "Remember the Chalamo" located in Chalaman keep. I was an Admin for ShoddyCast and their ShoddyGuild way back in the day. I got bored, started fucking around and quit doing any admin stuff after a couple weeks lol.

Honestly most PvP oriented games at a high level of skill work around animation cancel. Lower levels don't really know or care about it, but at the high levels you try to abuse every facet of the system you can to increase your power. Does ESO have a skill rating system for PvP?

Animation cancel is a bad practice used in pve in pvp you have so short time to think before blown apart that cancel is not your huge issue

Legion sorta just ruins PvP as well... Raiders get the best gear. Arena players get decent gear. BG players get the shittiest gear.

The only decent story for me was Main and Fighters guild quest. Zone quest kind of boring and repetitive. Mages guild quests have no actual story.

That's no a surprise. A controlled and contained 5v5 battleground is an entirely different experience compared to the beautiful chaos that ESO's PVP is, and one can hardly prepare you for the other. If they can't adapt, they shouldn't play it.

There is pvp exclusive gear for all alliances, there is a huge ass battleground, why the hell would you want matchmaking when you can just join a server and join the chaos?, there is a ranking system. The players are listed and the person at the top is the strongest, and the person who's the strongest on the winning alliance becomes the emperor. You have obviously not gone through all of your points thoroughly. Also the numbers are not arbitrary. Would you rather be facing off against 10 people on a battlefield the size of a country? Or would you rather face 100?

ESO has some of the best PVP in an MMO I've ever seen. Granted I don't play many MMOs but everything else about ESO just sucks.

I feel completely the opposite, PVP in ESO Sucks ass 90% of the time, but PVE is fun for me.

Err i have played many MMO since EQ, and ic an say ESO combat is the worst by far, doesnt fele impactfull, animations dont matter, cancel cancel cancel click fest.

If i want action combat ill play BDO or Tera or even Crap and Soul where combat feels impactful and animations (unless its a specific combo actually mean somethng)
