@@ITProjectManagers Thank you for looking. One thing I can say about this role is that you don't have a team. Or it might be better to say you're team is everyone. With it being "IT focused" you also need to manage equipment logistics, Infosec, Legal, Compliance and I actually had to interface with Marketing at one point. You end up being responsible for anything that uses a computer. If you are ready to be responsible for the decisions of others then it might be a good fit.

@@skwiggsskytower2517, yes, that's a good summary of the role. You either need to align several projects (including project managers that lead them) or you need to start required projects to reach an overarching goal.

Yes, the course will help you a lot. You'll gain confidence that you run projects as other project managers (or even better). That will help you fight off the imposter syndrome for sure.
