The evidence for evolution is overwhelming, 98% of biologists believe it to be true. This is a field of science not some belief system, it’s been tested and observed to such a degree it’s all but a certainty. That 2% that don’t agree that humans evolved from a common ancestor at usually religious nuts

The story telling of the bible does not originate with the Hebrews either .the story of Noah was copied from the Epic of Gilgamesh along with god making people out of dirt. Oh yes and Inanna getting crucified and resurrected

It is astounding to me that man has defined science in his own little secular understanding and has the idea it has the answer for EVERYTHING. It doesn't, something exists right in front of him that cannot be detected by the human senses. What is this? It is the consciousness of himself and his fellow human beings. This is the invisible attribute of every single human being. Consciousness cannot be seen, heard, held in the hand, smelled or tasted, therefore secular scientists claim such doesn't exist. It's amazing that we know if our fellow human beings are conscious or not. Palm 14 may apply in such circumstances.

There was a point in time where Einstein was the only human on the planet who believed in relativity. So, by this argument, he must have been wrong.

@truthgiver8286 Truth has nothing to do with numbers. I investigated the evidence and came to a conclusion based on the strength of it. And based on lack of corroboration for other beliefs (including atheism.) But that doesn't mean everyone has to do it that way. God can reveal himself personally when he chooses, and did give me even more confirmations after I became convinced and committed myself to Jesus.

@@charlesbruneski9670 And people from other religions have similar stories. Also you can be wrong as you demonstrate when you say atheism is a belief system. "A"Theist "A" is an antonym and means opposite so a theist believes and atheist does not. you are not doing very well.

@@gerardgauthier4876 That's what it boils down to. There was nothing, and then there was a beautifully designed, fine tuned World, with animals and people and the whole spectacular plant world. And *no evidence* whatsoever of any transitional hybrids between kinds in the fossil record. They all just appear at once, perfectly formed, complete with eyes, lungs - both male and female.

Oh wait, there aren't any XD what some mutated ape we found one example of and nothing like it ever sense? Tested the genome and it came up 5 chromosomes advanced to our own just like any other ape / monkey species in fact for evolution to be true you realize we would have had to have "de-evolved" not evolved. Evolution adds to, it doesn't take away, our muscles would still be like that of an ape. Our genome doesnt do away with things it deems advantageous over long term according to darwin and shermer yet thats what we see happening exclusively with humans.

@Sundancer09 oh? I guess the bombardier beetle evolved with a shell to handle a caustic explosive chemical before their bodies evolutionary process realized it needed one. After all we know that caustic chemical would literally eat through metal in minutes. Our flesh biological material. Man evolutions crazy! It provides defenses for things it didn't know it needed yet! - come up with a good argument versus irreducible complexity or don't say something based and illogical just to be an edgelord amigo.

According to the atheist, we must have evolved this "control of society". Yet, they claim it's wrong somehow. I'll never be convinced an atheist actually believes the crap they spew. They're so inconsistent.
