Start the discussion by asking them questions like what do you think about death? Doesnt it bother you? Do you know what happens after death? Do you believe in an after life? Make them want to answer your questions. Then ask them if they believe in God. Then the discussion will go more or less longer than you will expect. Take them through the commandements( watch ray on living waters, yse his method) and then it wont be hard for you. But be prepared as well for some quesrions they might ask.
