This video is incredibly well made! I feel like most people don’t understand the amount of effort that goes into making a video like this, between the math and visuals.
You gotta remember though Joel died a LOT naturally. Only a few people actually managed to kill him mostly he just killed himself, same with Grian except he was killed a lot.
This was a great vid with a great idea, wasn't as much murder as there would've been if it was actually a limited life style series. Also I love the way you handled the natural time loss for the finale. Great video and keep them up!
@@Weak_Knees_ Yeah I’m not good a writing fan fiction and making predictions so I just left it also if I would have made up a new plot the comments would have been saying this person should have done this in your fake plot
This is pretty sick!! Would love to see it for the others like you mentioned! Fun to see how earlier kills make a big difference for some people's placements.
What I think matters is the alliances, because limlife is a season that's much more relaxed and comfortable playing with death. I have a feeling if Grian didn't knock a whole life off of Scar's three, he wouldn't immediately pledge allegiance to him to make things right. This means that they would likely go separate ways, Scar probably pulling in someone willing to deal with his shenanigans (maybe joining the crastle, his day-1 group, with a mini-clockers alliance - I know Dogwarts wouldn't want him since he'd still probably try to control the enchanter + he burnt Etho's tree.) Grian had his own little hobbit-hole starter base picked out, so he could've stayed on the fringes like Tango or assimilated into a larger group (I'm thinking hobbit solidarity with the flower husbands or joining Dogwarts for strategic advantage on principle of being the largest alliance.) Either way, Grian-Scar is a super chaos prone duo, and I have a feeling if Scar went with anyone else they'd try to hold him back (especially since they wouldn't be obligated to follow his whims as Grian was) What truly starts the war between Dogwarts and the desert is Scar not only turning openly antagonistic towards Dogwarts' business but stealing the banner, and I have a feeling his new alliance wouldn't back him up in that fight. It's worth pointing out Scar isn't red anymore, so he can't come by and threaten Ren. What also changes is that the triple TNT minecart kill does not exist if Grian and Scar aren't teamed up, because neither do they have an alliance, most of their plans succeeded due to Scar's charisma mixed with Grian's chaotic ingenuity and dumb luck. You could argue that yellow-on-yellow violence is allowed in limlife, which is fair, but then you have to raise the question of whether or not Grian would even care to get himself involved in Scar's vendetta against Dogwarts. (This also raises the question of *when* all-out war breaks out, because originally it's provoked by Scar directly, but Dogwarts in general was so pushy that conflict was brewing even before that. That was just the moment of outright attack, when the people that didn't like Dogwarts decided to ally against Dogwarts, I'm pretty sure) I'm not sure what else down the line would change exactly, especially since i've only watched third life from Scar and Grian's perspective. The whole desert plotline is gone, though, so no sand monopoly, no free sand passes, I don't think Scar would have anything to monopolise honestly. He'd try to take the desert himself for sure but without anyone to support him it'd likely fail / not be seen as relevant enough. No doomsday lever, no war in the desert, nothing like that. This also isn't considering the fact there'd be far more death in general because there'd be more 'lives'. People would be more aggressive, risk more - Limited Life was full of death and rash plays, less caution and more going all-out because they could afford to (and because it was more entertaining). I have a feeling, if nothing more, that people would push to get more of an edge for their faction I feel like it also is oddly important whether or not keepInventory is on because Skizz's death for example happens when he charges in after Grian taunts Dogwarts with having the RED WINTER IS COMING axe in his possession (This wouldn't happen in this scenario for several reasons, but bear with me) All of this isn't to say I think this video is bad! It's a really interesting premise, and I appreciate the effort that went into it. I just started wondering how it'd affect people's actions and went off the rails. Edit: I forgot that limlife had boogeymen too, but it'd be difficult to speculate on, anyway, considering that mechanic is fully RNG dependent
2:00 no matter what series you try to make limited life, grian will still kill multiple people using minecarts 8:45 next life series is confirmed to be in the works but it will take a while
Interesting video, but i thought in limited life they didnt gain time for a yellow on yellow kill, they had to kill above their colour so yellows could only get time from greens
This is just who killed the most people. Everybody died three times. What would have made it different is if you hadn't included the deaths at the end that were caused by people who were already out of time.
I’d like to see a version of this with the butterfly effect and the boogeyman (the boogeyman will be chosen from the ones who get it in limited life, like Scott for Session 1, Joel for session 2 and so on.
Yes but it said i’m chat blown up by Creeper, like if you remember Limited Life episode 1 Martyn could have pushed Cleo into the Creeper but that would fade been a stupid bogey kill
@The_Life_Series Here's the list of changes to Grian's time.
