Great video, thanks Britt! 😎🥰 I love doing Gua Sha & also use a rose quartz heart shape one like you have. I have been a little lazy with it lately & need to get back into a routine with it. I did have the clutzy experience of dropping & breaking mine a little while back though...not hard to do with your hands oily. I just got the Omnilux contour face mask about a month ago & have been having fun playing with that that.

hahaha, not hard to do at all. I'm shocked I haven't yet. Ohhhhh tell me how that goes. I'm thinking of the Hooga panel- I've heard they work as well as the masks, but TBD on all of it. So curious...

I’ve been doing Gua sha for about 1 to going on 2 years….. I think long term Gua sha does contour….. long term short term no long term I’ve noticed my face looks more toned and sculpted. My under eyes absolutely looks way better and I look more awake . But I also do think genetics plays a role… I highly recommend it but it’s a long term game.

I have the same rose quartz. Love Gua Sha! I am 63 with one puffy eye in my early age due to sinus. It has soothing and plumb my skin. I follow Lanshin and Lemore beauty tutorials. I've learned how to use it and cupping as well.

Gua sha FTW! Just upgraded the stone to a slightly larger, maybe amethyst one? Started with the same size as yours, a jade one from Herbivore I think. Really like the slightly larger size, better control, and had a better groove/space for the jaw and eyebrows. Have you tried gua sha at night too? I do it morning and night!

I haven't done it at night yet! That's a great idea. Truth be told, I get really excited about sleeping so my pm routine is relatively rushed. I love a slow morning, I wake up really early, and then I want to hit the bed with limited work hahaha. But who knows, maybe I could get into it. Also starting up dry brushing and I'm trying to figure out when in the day to do it since every day is really different for me!

@@BrittWitkin I hear ya! You must be a morning person lol :) I think it’s recommended, and what I’ve been doing, is dry brushing right before a shower.
