Ngl the thicker formulation of her dupe version is probably better if she prefers that since the gisou lip oil is like putting cooking oil on the lips. It also smells like cooking oil too 💀

It’s probably (CASTOR, not canola, my brain is shit) oil tho which IS good for your skin but can smell suspicious 😂 regardless if you’re trying to dupe something then it would be best to get as close to the consistency of the original product as possible. Either way it doesn’t matter too much anyway since this is just some lip gloss who really cares 😂

Gisou is thinner, has more of a watery consistency and doesn't have the texture of a gloss. I wouldn't say it's a dupe especially if it has a bougie gloss component, it's supposed to be a lip oil.

Id add a lot more glitter so it shimmers a little on the lip when the light hits it and id put honey in it too with a few tweaks I would probably buy it. But I need more glitter 🪩

Yes cause it’s a lip oil not lip gloss. Lip oil has more of a liquid consistency than lip gloss. Lip oil is actually a skincare product it’s not a makeup product, but a lot of people don’t know that. They think lip oil is another version of lip tints

Well it doesnt dupe at awl...as urs have golden shimmer part8cles visible and the gisou teh golden ans yellow colur is merged togeter to give honey more slight goldenish tinge without the golden particles visibilty
