The sister had most of her life as Christian. So its natural to be difficult to come to Islam. But if you really read the scripture, one will know Islam is the truth.
It is not difficult to become a Muslim. It’s logical. But even when people know the truth they still want to follow, their old ways. They want to go on the path of least resistance. Let’s face it, Christianity is easy. You are allowed to eat & drink whatever you want, you can dress however you want, you can pray or not pray whenever you want, etc. You are not required to do certain deeds, conduct themselves in a particular way, they don’t have to cover themselves. Of course Satan will whisper to them that they don’t want to become Muslim. It is the person who wants to follow their desires. Satan even told God that he would lead mankind astray, by their desires. People have to get real with themselves! You cannot fool God! God knows our hearts & minds. He knows if you are lying to yourself. If a person truly asks God sincerely to guide them then he will! That is the mercy of Allah! Those who are not sincere, will never be guided, because they choose to disbelieve. God gave us free will & an innate belief that he exists. He leaves it up to the individual to choose & follow the right path. You can use word semantics to justify whatever inaccuracies you want to follow, but it doesn’t mean it is true! That’s it, period! It is very clear!
Bible has been edited many times over many decades by Bible publishers in Western countries. The modern Bibles don't have the 16 verses that are in the King James version. They are missing. For me, I believe it is the truth cause of all the miracles within the book, scientific miracles, mathematical miracles, linguistic miracles, and historical miracles of the quran that proves its divine origins. So look up miracles of the quran if that would do it for you. Other find it the truth cause of the strong message that can never be man made, some find it to be the truth because of the strict monotheism within it. Some find it to be the truth because of the life of the prophet peace be upon him. All of these are objective criteria that you can intellectually measure. Some just have a feeling which is an initiative believe and a built in believe in our heart that God exists Find your pick. And if you are honest to yourself and truly trying to find the truth God will guide you. You accepting Islam "submit to the creator of heavens and earth" thats what Islam means, will not increase me or Allah, and you rejecting it, will not reduce from me or from Allah. Sicence is a limited thing that will say one thing today and another thing the next day. Do not mix science with Islam because science and most of their theories are not 100% correct.
@@Tomf-tz4pd this is a long conversation but I can give u a few logical points. The first is that I’m simply following through with my innate knowledge. Every single child on earth is born with innate knowledge, for example causation. If you touch a child, it’s gonna look for a cause. Or how it’s born knowing how to suckle on the mother breast. A huge study conducted by Justin barret in Oxford university did a study to determine whether children are born believing in a higher power or not. It was an extremely large scale study conducted by atheists and it concluded that every single child is born with the innate knowledge that there is one eternal and all powerful god. So if all innate knowledge is true knowledge, therefore, 1 god is true. I could turn this question on u and just say I’m following through with my natural state, so why don’t you? There are other arguments for the existence of god that you can study more in depth like the argument of contingency and the infinite regress. Muhammad hijab is a great person to watch on RU-vid for that stuff, his londoniyyah series is impeccable And I know you must be wondering why Islam if there’s so many other religions, and I would say to that that god gave us rationale and intellect and we can study to see if a religion is true or not. The first criteria would be preservation. Is the scripture preserved, and the Quran is the only preserved scripture belonging to a major world religion. In the Quran, Allah promised to preserve the Quran which is a proof of Islam in and of itself because if Mohammad wrote the Quran, why would he make a prophecy like this knowing a single change or error in copying would refute his entire religion? In the Quran, Allah puts forth a series of falsification tests. In science when someone puts forward a theory, other scientists don’t try to prove it right, they try to prove it wrong. So the person putting forward the theory would give a falsification test along with it. For example my “if u want to debunk my theory, u must do x” and the Quran does this. For example Allah tells people who don’t believe in it to make a chapter like it. If u can’t do that put forward a Surah like it. The prophet Muhammad made a series of prophecies like predicting to exactly which parts of the world islam would spread, and the wars they would win. He said that barefooted arabs would compete with other countries in building tall buildings. This materialized because if u see where the tallest building in the world is now, it’s on Dubai. How did he know this? Every single one of his prophecies materialized and u can’t say this about any other figure. U can do more research into this because there are MANY. Not to mention the miracles in the Quran like linguistic and scientific miracles for example the Quran describes step by step how the fetus develops in the womb. How could an illiterate man in Arabia know this 1500 years ago?? 1 of many. For linguistic, the prophet was an illiterate man like the majority of people in Arabia. How could he come up with this quran?? There is also many miracles in the structure of the Quran. Look into the ring composition of the Quran. The prophet Muhammad’s character stands for itself. He was me know as the truthful one way before he started his prophethood. U can do ur research into that too. I can suggest some videos if u want. U can do an elimination process for all religions. 1) it should be preserved. This criteria alone defeats almost all religions 2) it should have 1 eternal all knowing all powerful god. This too defeats many other religions because if the entire universe is dependent upon something, that thing must be intelligent because his creation is intelligent and he must be all knowing and all powerful. 3) the scripture should have no contradictions or errors because god should be infallible. 4) the prophet bringing forth the message should be reliable. These criteria defeat every single religion leaving Islam standing. Beother, Science is forever changing so you can not reconcile it with Islam….. everything is theory based and what they believe as a scientific community today in a few years they will say they retract it and they will align with Islam more . Don’t worry about science but focus on your heart and mind connection with Allah your creator, provider and healer! For sister, I am born in a muslim family and before I started wearing hijab, I had concerns about fitting in and being excluded. My family didn't force me and I was told it is a lifetime commitment and it has to come from your heart. And Alhamduhlillah Allah gave me guidance and I started practicing hijab. And it was truly beautiful, liberating and empowering. You don't do it for society, culture or for your husband but for Allah and trust me there is nothing more beautiful then that. And it will not be easy, you might be excluded and face pressure but this is a test for you and with time you will realize all of it led to better things.

Islam is truth because Islam teaches strict monotheism, instills the best way of life for an individual, offers the best reorganization of society and state as a whole, and provides answers to existential questions. Religion that calls you to submit to The Almighty, commands you to live a clean life, and tells you to enjoin good and eradicate evil - such religion cannot be false. This is why Islam is the truth.

Inshallah we hear about your wife taking her Shadah very soon and I am so happy for her and for you as well.
