Well we could take jesus an example He certainly believed in doing everything to make the hearing now better for people But after his death and resurrection he went to heaven So there's no reason that we cannot strive to make the world a better place and also believe we're going to heaven I find believing i'm going to heaven a strong motor bader to make the world a better place. All of the people that I help I'll get to see in heaven one day. If we're just gonna be taking dirt naps , then who really cares what happens to the world None of us are even going to exist to remember ever being here So I hope jesus and john lennon are right and we all shine on
For all the negative things said about the baptists. They provided me with a very positive religious experience. growing up. They taught that Christ death provided forgiveness. And we're all going to have if we accept it. They taught we can know and be assured that we are going to heaven. So I grew up taking for granted that i'm going to heaven It was never something I ever worried about It's weird that the babes are portrayed as if they're telling everybody they're going to hell Hell was never used as a motivation to make us behave Guilt was Oh my did they ever lay guilt trips on us Because after all that god has done for us we should behave better
