Does Meditation Actually Work? 

Hey guys! Some of you may be confused. This is a short video I made for a school project, and I thought it was interesting and that some people would enjoy it so I decided to share it with you guys! I do not plan to make more videos like these consistently in the future, but I might every now and then because it is fun :) So if you guys ever wondered about meditation and if it actually works or if you think you know someone who does, then consider sharing this video with them. Everytime I try to meditate I find myself sitting there for like 12 minutes doing nothing but fidgeting and thinking about youtube, I gotta work on that. But this was very well made and edited! This actually is a A++++... Work. Ur voice is so comfortable to hear. So entertaining. If i would have been ur teacher i would say, why are u in the school. U sound like an adult, and make videos that are so creative. And that's why i watched the whole video, from beginning till the end. I cant even understand the fact that u found so many video clips that perfectly fell into places.

I like that you remained neutral in the video to let the viewers themselves decided about this, which makes it professional as how scientists explains their research. I do agree in most of your opinions in meditation, and actually, after seeing this video, I might give it a try myself
