In this weeks discussion video we talk about the lacklustre end game in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet!
At the moment Tera Raids and shiny hunting are really the only end game activities but additions like the battle tower would be a massive benefit to the longevity of the Pokemon End game!

I would like to see Achievments. Say get a reward for catching 10 shinies. Defeat a gym(trainers included) using a single pokemon under the gyms levelcap. Recall a older gen having a achievment for beating the league with a mono-team. But even more then that i would like to have something to do after finishing postgame story. This time i finished the the game in 2(or was it 3) days and complete my dex within a week. Within 3 i had all shinies i wanted to catch. And i never realy cared for Online pvp.

That's a great idea! I never even thought about that, would be a nice addition and something they could use to buff out the end game for sure!

I actually stopped playing Scarlet and Violet right after starting the Indigo Disc. I looked it up having the hope we would get a Battle Tower. And none. I stopped. Within the last week I have gotten back into Platinum and Black and White 2. Because that is when games were actually worth the money. The fact all that we have to do is an “ace tournament” and a “catch to do list” is very insulting. Add all that onto the fact Scarlet and Violet was very easy. Geeta was very disappointing. Also no double battles. We got many good things this generation but we are also lacking as well.

Completely agree with you mate! That's how I feel about the game overall, feels like a 2 steps forward one step back type situation. Really hope they address all the issues moving into the next gen, potentially on the next gen switch (or whatever they go with).
