Should you go true to size with this one or half size smaller/bigger?

I think these are still really good has more stability but still has that same lightweight, barefoot and responsive boot but getting stepped on by a bladed stud will be hurtful

Can i remove the laces from the shoes or will it be worse because they are very tight
