I am so disappointed. I have been using RF and my hyperpigmentation came back with a vengeance. No one talks about this! I found a FB group where finally people were talking about this low level of heat and skin discoloration. So glad it works for anyone. Wish I could use it. Kimberly...You look like a model! The Nebulyft is terrific. I got mine on super-sale at the end of summer and have been using at least 5X a week. It doesn't get hot enough to burn or dissolve facial fat. I am beginning to get great results. It takes a commitment and patience but in my opinion, it is definitely worth the investment.

I have had a series of 4 similar treatments annually several times over the past few years at a plastic surgeon's office and had excellent results, both immediately after each treatment as you stated and long term. It has been over a year since my last treatment series so I am overdue and definitely need a "booster" treatment. Thank you for sharing your at home experience. I was curious about at home devices.

I purchased the nebulyft and I'm loving it. It is everything you said. Do you wait after you micro needle once a month before resuming use of the nebulyft? I've been waiting until day 10 after micro needling before I resume use of my nebulyft. I can definitely tell a positive difference in my complexion. I see an improvement in my sun spots, pores and wrinkles. I'm using a few different devices so I guess they all get some credit. Thanks

@@ana-pi6ut Both use radio frequency to heat the skin. For my skin, Newa felt too hot, and the surface area of the device was small, so it took longer to treat my skin. The Nebulyft is very comfortable to use and heat produce was comfortably warm-very soothing.

I purchased the nuface trinity in 2018 which a lot of beauty bloggers raved about. I know it's a micro current device & spent about $350 for it on sale. I used it all the time even though I didn't like the feeling of the electric current even with the conducting gel, it wasn't enjoyable at all for me but I spent that $$$ so I used it. A year later I got sick and needed surgery so I was off the device for about a month but still use my serums and my face & neck went back to the condition is was prior to me starting to use it. So I realized it offered no lasting effects like my serums did so that turned me off, so this pricey item sits in a drawer. I am very hesitant to spend money on another item that maybe just a temp fix. I'm saving my money towards a larger Mito red light panel. But again I don't know much about radio frequency if its just warm or do you get electric shocks like the nuface.

Kimberly, you are my main go to lady. I love your content, and your voice is so soothing, but these days I'm finding it hard to keep track of what you're doing, and whether I should make changes. I wonder if you might like to do update-change videos from time to time where you explain your changes, and what you are still doing in your routine, and what you have dropped off you routine and why. Honestly, it's starting to feel too fragmented, and I'm starting to feel lost. I mean this in the best way! I think update-change, or "reset" videos will give your viewers traction.

Luv RF, but a warning about using it near ur eyes: it can dry out and damage ur eyes. I used a dif device and seriously hurt my eyes. I didn’t know.

Kimberly many thanks for your informative and fascinating videos. FYI - I just bought a radiant heater, to save money this winter. these do not heat the air. the heat waves travel through the air, through clothing, and through the top layer of skin. This is how wood-burning fireplaces work. I am warm in a 60 degree room. the radiant heater has two quartz tubes with ribbons of glowing nichrome tape inside. each tube draws 250 watts of power. a space heater draws 1500 watts. I believe the anti-aging laser diodes on the market emit light in the range of 670nm to 1300nm. I am presently trying to find out if a strip of nichrome tape glowing orange-red emits in the 670nm - 1300nm range. the light from the radiant heater passes right through clothing and interacts with the skin. the power increases as I get closer to the heater. the laser diodes emit light at milliwatt levels, although the diode light is monochromatic. the radiant heater emits light at the 100 watt-level, 100,000 times brighter than the laser diode, although the radiant heater is covering a much larger area and much broader frequencies.

I have the NEWA and enjoyed using it but stopped bc I read that the heat may increase hyperpigmentation in some individuals. So, just the LED (Current Body) for now. I enjoyed this presentation especially with your research behind the product.

Hi Kimberley. I've been on the fence with trying out radio frequency. You mentioned it degrades or depletes (can't recall the exact word) collagen so it can then build new collagen. Does this mean your skin looks worse before it starts looking better? I already have a thin face (due to aging) and I was wondering if you experienced fat loss in the face before seeing improvement?

Yeah, I’d go Mito Red light first. It improves skin texture, reduces redness, and firms the skin, especially the upper neck area after a month of use.

@@thedoppelmayr glad to help~ I always try to do all my skin regiments first thing in the morning bc of my time allotment however, I also used it occasionally in the evening while relaxing & watching TV- I don't think it really matters. I used it every day for the first month then after seeing results I changed to 2x per week. Dont cheap out on the amount of gel you use- it really helps the tightener glide on your skin -- good luck!

I need to do more research into this, but one question I have is, if you’re using, let’s say for an example red light therapy (which I am), and the Nebulift, plus a form of retinol, and other serums and moisturizers, seems to me, it would be hard to pinpoint which is giving the results, unless you’re only using one device, or product only. I like to think that everything I’m using together, is contributing to any improvements I’m seeing in myself. From what I’ve heard from a couple of reputable Derm Dr’s, the radio frequency has a temporary effect, but you can say the same about the red light therapy. It does has R & D to back it up, and especially on the FDA cleared devices, but you need to continue to use, even after you’ve reached the desired results. Trying to slow down the effects of aging is, and always will be an ongoing process, and takes consistency, and a lot of patience. Thanks for all your wonderful and helpful advice Kimberly ! I’m so inspired by you ! ☺️☺️ PS - I think we’re both on the same page, as far as everything working together. I posted this comment before watching the entire video. 😂

Skin creams will never give results like she experienced. It’s most likely a good combination of the Red Light therapy and the RF Nebulyft device giving the majority of her results.

You didn't give us before and after side by side comparisons without make up or show comparision profiles. If you had to choose one device for crepy wrinkly skin which would it be? the nebulift or the mito red light. lol i can only afford one! i have the Nira and myolift. Thanks

I wouldn’t, the heat from the RF device could make existing hyperpigmentation worse. I would stick to a Mito Red Light panel. Red light therapy will reduce Hyperpigmentation, redness, inflammation, and smooth out skin texture.
