I tried red light therapy many years ago for hand repetitive strain and I didn't notice any improvement. I've been looking at it again recently for hand and feet neuropathy and will speak with my neurologist for his input.

I think most of the benefits I see is on my skin, with some temp relief from the join pain. But it’s not a perm cure for the joints I think

I have the same one!! It really seems like it makes my skin glowier. I bought a heavy duty wall hook and hang it up (shoulder length height) and sit in front of it in a spinning desk chair. I love that you always test stuff in your videos!!!

Thank you so much for watching!! Wow! I saw the big one on internet but I was suspicious 🤨 for the benefits. So I got a small one to test and my eczema is cured!!!! Some of the other benefits that other shared on internet I haven’t experienced. I wonder if it will show with time or bigger device?
