Finally found a useable comparison of this pen. Other reviews show the comparisons between this and the 16 & 19 which is of no use. Had the m200 in the smoky quartz variant and gave it away because of the grip section. Thank you for this in depth review it helped a lot. Now I will get one in the same yellow demo and a 9016 in the coffee demo.
Glad I could help. The M200 is nice looking in all its variations but I feel too small in width to be comfortable for my hand. People tend to spend too much time worrying about the length of fountain pens, when it is the width that matters just as much in terms of how it feels in the hand. The 9013 is short but girthy which works well. More pens should be like this.
