I'm always smoking weed before my workouts, it's a very small amount but it helps extremely well for mind muscle connection

Use to smoke fatties took a year break now i hit it anyway between 2-8 times n put it out but its great after a workout

I think this a very well rounded and good argument personally I love working out I smoke occasionally at most once a night I find it helpful to relax kick back and sleep. I also struggle to eat even the average amount of calories and my metabolism dosent help but thx to a simple j I can devour all the food I need for the day it makes anything taste better 😂😂😂

Ok I’m a stoner but I noticed when I took a week long T break that turned into a month long t break then a whole summer t break(summer 2023) I started working out and running without any thought. I love my buds but man when I smoke I fell like I don’t need to improve myself because I feel awesome and cool with weed, the. 4 months later I’m eating pen station and McDonald’s for lunch everday😂 but seriously if your not strong minded you won’t really reach goals with cannabis save it for when you celebrate or are actually doing good in life.

Whether you choose to believe me or not is up to you but from my experience and surroundings I have a friend that makes over 6 figures is ripped eats healthy trains healthy and has good stamina and healthy lungs and he’s been smoking since 11 40 now 😂
