Yes, churches do need to improve in this area. When I was a teen with questions, my parents put a couple apologetics books in front of me and basically said, "read about it." I really appreciated that. It felt like they were respecting my intelligence by encouraging me to research instead of just having blind faith.

@@lovejoy_peace I did, but I also found out that when I get off of his path there are consequences. I fear God now! I also Love and respect him, as a result I try to obey Him. He is a fare and just God. He wants the best of us, and from us, but He will not force us to do our part. But having said that, I also believe that God does use us, our good and bad for His works. Sometimes I have to suffer for another to have their hearts molded into what God intended for us. Yep, I do fear God. Some will say that you shouldn't fear God, I understand that but completely disagree. God can and will get what He wants for us. We can either struggle, suffer, and be pulled along the path to truth and freedom; or we can walk hand in hand making our own personal sacrifices for Him, our loved one's, and for His kingdom. Doing it His way is much more peaceful and rewarding in the end. God-bless!
