Gonna be good on several LRE tracks - Mechanical - 1-hit max (especially when paired with Sho) - physical If he's allowed in, toxic meets the piercing threshold to skip the 3x armour of the Rogal Dorn
He def wont be the best overall for LREs but I think he'll really be useful for the harder niche sections like the 1 hit category. I'm definitely getting him to at least gold because of this.
I’m leveling him up. Think that in the LRE traits he shines it is hard to find many good option. So maybe middle but important middle character that could really elevate some rosters above their current max potential. Will also try him out as a Tank-opener since I think he might have some potential there as well.
@@DBPreacherTacticus my thinking was that both his and his summons ranged is toxic with 70% pierce. So it won’t need to go through armour 3x times. And since he can make his summons shoot again it can quickly add up. Not sure if it will be worth the risk of bringing summons in case they start running around..
So the difficulty with spawns on the tank boss is that they sometimes trigger tank boys fan attack. This is brutal for anyone standing in it! I actually won’t be taking spawns with me
Someone mentioned this elsewhere but… A massive note about Tan Gi'da His ability can be used ever turn, So if you have the patience, you can complete 150 ability uses in a single game.
@@thefutureisidiocracy1225There's a bug based on that tooltip. It counts once for each doctrine, so effectively it counts for 2 (once to swap to conqueror, once to swap back to protector).
Liked. Commented. Subscribed. Love your videos. Like all new characters, I make sure to unlock them as high as I can achieve-then I wait to see their true usefulness. Will their value increase with new GRs or game modes? Time will tell. But overcoming a shard or orb problem by going hard in the new character release events is always worth it. Cheers!

As a newer player Actus is in my steady arena lineup for healing and triggering Emo and once I get some more gear Tan will join. For bigger rosters I imagine there are better but a starter like me they hit above their size for the effort/access
The other thing that is good about these as a new player is the fact they are quicker to level than some of the older characters, so you can get right into the meat of the game more quickly!
Im so puzzled how these are thematically supposed to be used. The ad mech characters all have such a strong synergy with a bunch of non-imperials that they rarely hit the field with. They do not much at all for either a marine or guard team, but they really juice up a necron or ork fire team and do wicked things in combo with several Tau
Tan Gida with Actus can put summons out quickly. But the issue if you have all 3 Admech characters (I do) … you likely won’t be able to Gold all 3 before AunShi event and I think Tan Gida will be more valuable, so I’m leveling him first. Vitruvius stats aren’t great, and if you can’t one shot what you’re hitting in LEs you’re probably gonna die anyways, so his passive isn’t really very valuable… except against swarms. Actus passive is great for LEs but most higher level players already have 1-2 high level mechanics… so his niche isn’t necessarily necessary. Just my thoughts.
@@DBPreacherTacticus absolutely. So many options… And maybe the best thing about Tan Gida is that he’s Imperial… or isn’t Xenos 😂 I have no Xenos resources left after so many great Xenos releases.
As a new player (no characters at Silver yet) apart from focusing on getting 3 characters from each campaign to silver, should I even be looking at things like LEs and tournaments?
Hey there, welcome to the game! So for the LE‘s you will need around 5 or 6 gold characters to open your first character that way, which means Aun‘shi is not going to be in reach for you but Ragnar and Vitruvius will be if you focus on them. For tournament arena, that is easier as you can play with bronze characters in the lowest level bracket and you definitely should as the rewards are great. Level your characters weapons and armour to 5 and go have fun! It’s all learning as you go!
I personally think from the outside AdMech seem deliberately synergised to Necrons. I see a Mech only line in future LRE being a high likelyhood Still a bit butthurt that Thoread had his Battle Fatigue buff taken away because “tEmpLaRs dOnT hAVe sUmMonS” Yet Admech dont synergise with any other Imperial factions.
You mean a full mech track or just a battle? We already have mech battles. It would be interesting to see them move away from faction restrictions to trait restrictions for the tracks actually. I’m a big fan of mixing up the formula.
There is some potential but I guess his biggest weakness is that he can't synergize well with other factions bar necrons. If he had some synergy with imperial I would see him having more use. I also thought he could do well with death guard because of the armour reduction debuff they have but there aren't any mechanical units there, so again it's a half-assed synergy. Admechs make and equip space marine armor so it would've been cool to find synergy there but it doesn't seem like that's happening. It also doesn't help that the other mechanical units we'll find are the orcs which are basically a neglected faction. Maybe there will be more happening after the orcs get a makeover
My guy, the ONLY mechanical unit?? You mean you're not using Morven Vall with your Adeptus squad to combo with Actus active ability??? Shake my head.....😂😂😂😂😂
