We're all for a product that makes our lives easier, so when we saw an advertisement for the Air Curler, we figured why not give it a whirl - literally. The funnel connects to your hair dryer like an attachment, and after placing your hair into it and adjusting the nozzle, it claims to give you gorgeous, bouncy curls.
After giving it a go, we have a lot of thoughts about this As Seen on TV experience. Check out the results for yourself, and let us know if you plan on giving it a try at home.

When I was younger, I would use this curler and it would make my hair curly and it dried my hair in like 20 seconds. (It was a gift, I couldn’t turn it down even if I’m into straight hair)

I love mine but I like to wait until my hair is almost dry and comb a bit of hairspray through my hair first, also you do not want to touch your curls until they have cooled

Can you test the Noir Wild nozzle curler? It is thinner than that, so that design might be better

Use cold. Now and than 5 seconds warm or hot. And wait till it's completely dry before taking your hair out

Yes. I mean, these such products that are just disastrous inventions they put on the airwaves to take advantage of consumers, I can bet in the original footage they used some kind of duct tape to hold the attachment thingy so it wouldn’t fall off, and then digitally erased the tape for the final version of the ad to put on the airwaves. And the claim in the TV ad that curling irons damage hair, they’re using it to exaggerate when curling irons have been proven to be useful and convenient; but will only damage hair if not used right. Curling irons and hair rollers are FTW if anyone wants to properly curl their own hair; not those ridiculous inventions that would only work in the fantasy world.

OH MY GOD. 1.) Pretty much every hair dryer comes with a diffuser. THAT'S how you eliminate direct heat from the dryer, and also it keeps the airflow from being too concentrated because 2.) You know what happens when you agitate your hair too much while blowing it dry? FRIZZ. And that's why 3.) Even in the commercial the """curls""" didn't look good! They were stringy, poorly defined, and SO SO FRIZZY. 4.) If you have wavy-to-curly hair you'll already know not to touch this with a 10 foot pole. If you have straight hair....girl, just...use an iron. With protectant, on the lowest heat you can get away with, and a moisturizing mask on the wash before and the wash after. This thing? Don't do the thing.
