War Robots Dream Hangars Gameplay where I run a hangar (by VoidDragon5) consisting of the Typhon, Scorpion, Fenrir, Ravana, Crisis and Ao Ming. There are some questionable builds in this lineup such as the Crisis Thermite. The Crisis Thermite has often been a popular setup amongst players but is this really a good build and does it even work? Well in short… there were a few games where it did ok but overall it suffered against tanks - more specifically Ochokochis and Curies. In Master and especially Champion League the players tend to run more tanks in their lineup and generally are more aggressive players. Unfortunately this setup does not suit that aggressive style of play as you’re forced to hang back most times. The Typhon Tarans will most likely underperform but there are better options out there like Mace which can be built in Workshop. As for the Ravana Scourge, this build requires time to lock on and the Scourge weapon takes too long to unload leaving the Ravana more exposed to danger. A much better option (in my opinion) would be the Ravana Havoc. This is episode 189 of the Dream Hangar series.

Whether it will present exciting gameplay 3. It can be a theme (I know there are players out there that always run tanks, healers etc) 4. It can be something you are building towards but aren't sure whether it will work when maxed in Champion League 5. I ALWAYS only pick Dream Hangars from the comments section UNDER previous Dream Hangar videos. If you post it under any other videos it will be ignored.

I Loved your tip about keeping weapon levels higher than robots but I feel the robot should be a minimum level 5 before you put it into combat.

Hey adrian, i was wondering if you could run what i want to build towards because i will be spending a bit of money to build towards this hangar and would like to see how it would do currently i an expert league and i am asking you to run my hanger because i don’t really have any meta robots/weapons as they are probably going to be nerfed so i have chosen robots and weapons from previous metas. Here is my lineup. 1) fenrir-havoc, devastator/hammer, mace (whichever you think will perform better) Bernadette pilot 2)Khepri - shredder misaki and ponchi pilot 3)skyros - i don’t really know what to run on this as this will be my beacon runner so please can you choose something budget friendly also please use the armadillo on here because i won it from an event 4) Typhon hazard, pilot and drone your choice just budget friendly please 5) invader - flamethrowers(not ultimate) pilot and drone your choice titan - lucha with the vajra and mahavajra if this doesn’t work please use the sonics because i would like to see how those work It would be amazing if you could run this, sorry for being so detailed.

I haven't seen tarans being run for a long time. Tarans used to be my favourite weapon back in the day. I love the sound they make when firing. The plasma Griffin was one of my favourite builds. I have a feeling we may see ultimate tarans at some point. Maybe ultimate magnums too! Lol

I feel like if they buffed the range of thermite to 550 and added better targeting they would be a great weapon for the crisis, the high damage there supposed to deal doubled would probably one shot most players and maybe some lower level titans

If they gave it more range and even more accuracy it still won't perform well. If you have robots with a lot of speed, lots of resistance or are using Phase Shift you have pretty much been hard countered. I learned this a long time ago back when Stalker was introduced. The Stalker bot alone hard countered Patton and Gephard Aphids. Why? Well... the Stalker just needed to run sideways parallel to the enemy and they'd miss. If that failed they could use stealth. Ever since then any bot which had Aphid, Vortex or Thermite has been ineffective.

@@adrianchong Do you think lockdown could make the weapons effective again? Would lockdown ammo or paralysis make them even slight more effective? Or would adding lockdown to the weapons itself be the better play? I feel like thermite and it's family would benefit from lockdown. Or how do you think removing lock-on would affect the weapons? I think if any of the changes I mentioned were made, the weapons would become just a little bit usable

Definitely, there are fast bots but if they made it like hurricane it would be awesome I used thermites on crisis in expert league and it's amazing at countering Mars and typhoon or anything with a shield

So now I have the metas like Ocho and Ophion and Reaper Crisis but after their nerfs of next update,Im making the following Hangar: Ravanna-Fatal Havocs Kestral Crisis-Decay Paralysis Lynx-Stake Kestral Scorpion-Havoc n Scatter Whiteout Skyros-Hammer,Mace,Cudgel Whiteout Indra-Evora Veron or Kraken shotguns Thor Mothership I hope you try my Hangar and I had a bit confusion In weapons for Indra in between Evora veron or Kraken shotguna so you can choose whatever Pilot and Modules and change drones but dont use the meta drones!

I have a suggestion for a dream hanger video. I am a f2p player and this is my hanger which i have used for 3 months now as i am relatively new to game. i just got to master 1 a week back thanks your guidance it has helped me a lot in climbing rank. Most of my robots are level 5 with level 8 or 7 weapons. - Cryptic Fenrir with atomiser and nucleon ( Bernadette Wolff) with beak drone - Demeter with spike ( jerry fortune) with without drone - Baihu Lynx with redeemers ( Levi hickok) and pascal drone - Ravana with havoc ( Arnov poe) and reviver drone - scorpion with mace and curgel ( ash skargard ) hiruko drone Scavenger Heimdall with Scavenger lantern and vajra For modules i only have the onces available in store. Great tip on the robot to weapon level ratio! I usually do robot level 9 and weapon level 12.

Yep it doesn't really matter which level as long as you use that as a guide. It's not a "be all, end all" rule but does help a lot of newer players building their hangar. You'll notice for example on my Baby Account I follow the same rule. My robots are MK1 level 6 and weapons are MK1 level 9. It's also why I'm able to extract so much damage from much higher level players (although not many viewers have figured this part out yet).

Well we've saw that ocho and opion got big nerf and I choose to use good old bots. Here is my hangars: Skyros: scatter, havok, devastator, Theseus, whiteout Fenlir: ember, 2×igniter, berdenatte wollf Hawk: 2×snear, 2×hel Kyle rogers Imugi: 2×yeogi, taeja Mao ling, showdown Ravana: 3×havok Arnav poe Sirius: 3×lance Yang lee, 2× cannibal reactor, 2× repair amplifier All robot is running 1×nuclear amplifier, last stand, repair amplifier. I did not choose the drone for fenlir, ravana and hawk, butI don't wanna see my bot/weapon nerfing down so much, so I will be thankful if you recommend my mothership/drone to old ones.

Hello! I’m a semi-F2P player with level 6 robots and level 8 weapons who peaked at Champion League, but in the past week I’ve dropped down to Master 1. I was wondering what adjustments I should make to my hangar to keep up with the higher leagues. Here’s my hangar so far: Ravana with Havocs, Arnav Poe Quicksand Ophion with Scorchers, Elizabeth Greene Cryptic Fenrir with Mace/Hammers, Bernadette Wolfe Scorpion with Havocs/Scatter, Ash Skarsgard Curie with Brisants, I don’t have the pilot yet so I just use Trixie Hope. I am also working towards a Revenant build with Hammer/Cudgel and Vasilisa Maximova. Feel free to choose the modules and drones, as I’m not really confident with those. I do have a Whiteout for my Ravana and a Reviver for my Fenrir if you would like to test those. Love these dream hangar videos Adrian, you’re my inspiration for becoming a content creator!

I am a f2p player but I am getting destroyed by all the Ophions, Ochos, or Curie and Dagons, also all the titans on the battlefield. I used to do Mercury with Thermite and Magnums. Worked well for me.. Personally if you want rockets go with chimera than thermites or like vortex. Typhoon with the blight decay weapons. Scorpion with sonics and fenrir with tarans and redeemers would be way better

So here's my hanger-- Orphion with mace and repair amp,nuclear amp,heavy armour kit with quantum radar pilot and the paralysis drone with advanced repair.. Lynx with stake and 2X nuke amp,balanced unit and Sati pilot and the beak drone and QR Fenrir with mace and hammer and 2Ximmune amp,repair amp with Bernadette wolf pilot and reviver drone and unstable conduit Seraph with decays nuclear amp,repair amp and overdrive unit with Elizabeth B pilot and paralysis drone and QR Crisis with gauss and 2X nuclear amp and Thermonuclear reactor with gintare pilot and paralysis and QR For the Titan I have rook with sonic weapons 2X onslaught reactor, grand balanced reactor and damage control or with Nessa rigg pilot.. I use thermite erebus and itself alone carried me to master 3 without it i'd have been expert 1 or 2 cuz i had 2 more accouts but deleted em cuz no google play games but yh erebus thermite with shieldbreaker is godlike and fun to play

If you're refering to Crisis Thermite - it's one of the worst. The Crisis Decay on the other hand is another story as that melts through most bots.

Titan i have kraken indra with the kraken weapons but i need a new titan, the kraken is too slow, which titan do you prefer ?

I've always agreed with you about upgrading weapons before bots but after upgrade tokens, or Doritos, it's not economical to max weapons. The extra health is cheaper and allows you to fight a little longer. Tbh I think upgrade tokens are a pretty crappy way of making money.

You actually don't need to max weapons. I think the most I would ever upgrade in terms of weapons is MK2/12 but honestly based on what I've witnessed on my Baby Account not even that is really needed. The ONLY time I would see the benefits of MK3 is if I was playing in squad battles amongst others who are fully MK3. The reason why I say to upgrade weapons more (just remember I never said anything about maxing out a weapon) is so that you can extract more damage from players who are higher level than you. As for the upgrade tokens, from what I understand you can gain I think 2x upgrade tokens a week through PvE (I think it's levels 4 and 5) which isn't too bad. I've been looking at ways to use my Gold too because I've seen those ads/surveys where you can get gold and the one day I saw one for I think 1.2 million Gold lol. What I have noticed is I can use Gold to speed up Workshop so that alone allows me to build at an increased speed. The biggest hurdle I think for my Baby Account is more the silver but that's an easy problem to solve as I just need to play more - which unfortunately I don't do.

Yea the range and the speed of the enemy are the two things that mess with the Thermite Crisis. This build can't really deal with Lynx and Nether very well because of their speed and personal shields (which Shieldbreak doesn't work on, very infuriating), but if I can find a good vantage point I can usually get a few kills with this setup. Scorpions are also a pain lol. But thanks for featuring my hangar!

Yep and in Champion League there will be a few things that you notice stick out with top Champion League builds (it's not just about meta) - they all will have the following characteristics such as tanks with a lot of health, lots of firepower and speed. As a general rule-of-thumb, Aphids, Vortex, Thermite can easily be hard countered by robots with a lot of speed, resistance and the use of Phase Shift. If your opponent has any of those in their hangars your build has been hard countered. btw thanks for participating in Dream Hangars and hope you enjoyed the gameplay!

@@Balancer07839 Nothing wrong with liking a build. I think if you stick with that Crisis setup then maybe for the Typhon run the Hazard with Daredevil and the Louis Duncan. You may also need another tank as you'll have to counter balance the weakness of the Crisis so maybe possibly changing the Scorpion but you'll have to play and see - I don't know myself how well that will hold up as I'll need to play the hangar with those changes but as you run into stronger players you'll see which bots aren't doing well.

It's not a hacked account. It's a Battle Recording Account - an account that belongs to Pixonic. I use it to cover newer robots or for guides. Also I'm pretty sure Pixonic would be watching all of my accounts more closely than most players being that I'm a featured channel of the game.

I actually think it's very hard to have anti cheat programs that work now. There's been a massive influx of cheating happening across the board whether it be War Robots, Call of Duty, Valorant, The Finals, Fortnite etc. Recently it was published that many streamers and Pros were using DMA's which is a hardware cheat. Meaning… you could have the best anti-cheat software in the world but it still won't be able to detect DMAs since they use a chip which they insert into the PC which tricks the game into thinking the game is installed on your main PC This is just my opinion but based on what I have seen and heard about DMAs it looks like the entire gaming industry is in a lot of trouble unless gaming companies find a way to detect DMAs somehow. Just look up DMA on RU-vid and you'll soon understand why it's not a simple fix like most think.
