This is not a professional video- so please be kind in comments. I simply wanted to share my experience with this item because I was shocked at the results!
I have a similar one I use in my flat in the uk, I smoke occasionally indoors and use this when i'm at work (you cannot be in the room when this is on, as with plants!) and come home to an almost bleach like clean smell which fades and then it smells as if it was never smoked in! Also kills germs and bacteria.
The reason you don't want the 3 P's (People - Pets or Plants) present while you are running a Ozone machine/generator is the machine changes the Oxygen from O2 to O3, and the O3 oxygen is what attacks living organisms, including your lungs, being in the area while it's running will irritate your lungs, it can make you feel unwell for a while, but it's only temporary
Correct. Never stay inside, remove plants and pets. It won’t kill but can cause severe pulmonary irritation. Just let the house sit empty a few hours after using and/or open some doors and windows. Ozone will last just a short time to be safe to enter.
They work great. For all the negative Nancy's well, duh if you get one just read the manual. This is 'her' review and her channel. People shouldn't have to speak to every single possible thing that just might could happen. That should be your responsibility.
Just plugged in the Enerzen O-888 , 35,000 mg/h - O3 . Thang is powerful I sat in my car to adjust the placement and the smell was very noticeable. I will come back to update in 5 hours- this video was awesome and on Amazon too great suggestion I just had to up to the 35,000 mg/h
Btu mean in AC. It is 110 volte not btu. It produce ozone which is dangerous and you should not stay inside before ventilation. Overall, i liked your intro. Thanks!
I have the same model. I used it in an outdoor shed far from my house to get rid of a mouse smell after I had first removed the source of the odors. I don’t have indoor plants but I have a cat so I would never use the ozone generator inside my house.
How can you tell if this Ozone generator is working. I have a bad smell in one of our hotel rooms 15 ft x 15ft. I bought new beds and furniture I painted the room with anti bacterial paint I even siliconed the electric conduit. nothing helped with the smell. I bought this Ozone generator used it 3 times at 180 minuets and still the smell is there.
I bought one of these last year, O-777 (I burnt the HELL out of a pizza, like apt full of smoke burnt it) ran mine for 3 hours and when I came back home after work I couldn’t believe the smell was COMPLETELY gone. Worked great a couple times but now it’s 8 months later and haven’t run it in maybe 3-4 months (bought it late aug) and it’s not really doing a whole lot Just emailed the company to see if they’d replace the plate that creates the ozone and we’ll see. But if you’re DESPERATE to get a smell out, especially burnt smell, worked like a charm first try
I want to say that it is really scary that you used this before researching how to use an ozone machine safely, which obviously you did not because you are suggesting people not be in the space because of the light and the smell, not because OZONE CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO PEOPLE. I know other commenters have said this before me, so I think it is highly irresponsible for you to leave this up now that you've gotten that feedback. If you really want to share your experience, fine, but do a new video where you don't give dangerous advise.
Oh shaddup. Common sense applies. No one just buys it and turns it on without reading instructions or having a friend who is familiar with an ozone machine.
Interesting to read about your personal experience with this. Can you share some more information. Like where you are using the device? Is it a sealed room. What type of smells are you attempting to get rid off. Have you removed the source of the smell?
@@NewFrontier90 There are videos here on youtube that represent all uses of this device. I found that a thorough cleaning by other methods is much better at removing odors (use them). This seems to work on a very temporary basis.
