it works with anything that has katana inname/looks like one it works with shattered

I'll test it out cuz I personally heard that it doesn't work on shattered

Devs stated that it works on the s.katana, however, its a 5% damage increase instead of 20%

Intell talents were good back then, they are abosutely suck now

Yes, but the wiki says it gives less. If you have vigil/wind cloak, 100 med katana does about .6 damage more than 100 med shattered katana. Shattered katana only gets about 2 more damage from cloak, so its only useful if you are going for a stock katana build.

Arh mage said normal Kanata get 25% dmg boost and shattered katana only get 5% dmg boost
