I’ve used the Shea moisture protein treatment and have got 4-5 uses out of each bottle. If you use smaller sections and melt the product in your hands by rubbing them together you will get more bang for your buck
Your hair looks long strong and even all around. It also looks like you never suffered from any breakage. I can tell you put in the time to care for your tresses. I love the video NJ
Hi Gloria! Aww that’s so sweet. I mean we all have to deal with breakage but I def try to prevent it as much as possible. But Im glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for always supporting ❤️😘!
I love the mielle organics, does my hair justice. I fell off from using it for a while but I need to get back to it. I heard good things about the Shea moisture one. I think I’ll get that one too
The Mielle Organics is an OG Fav. I use other products and then go back to it and instantly remember how bomb it is lol. I think you will like the Shea Moisture protein treatment! Thank you so much for watching!
Hey Nisha, nice video. Been on the hunt for a good moisture-protein DC and I think I’ll give the TGIN or the Miche a try. How long have you been natural? Can we get a “get to know me” video or a hair journey one? Have a great weekend. 😊
Treshauna Price my last relaxer was May 2014 and then I transitioned and big chopped July 2015. I actually have a deep condition with me/get to know me video where I talk about this and a bunch of other random things about me. Leaving the link below! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R813h9wdpwk.html
Healy Means yay! I like them all but if you really need protein then I would recommend trying the TGIN one first! You’ll have to let me know how you like whichever DC you decide to try!
@@NJEberhart I certainly will. I did an Aphogee 2-step (heavy?) protein treatment last weekend, so if I use a protein dc today, I may follow it with a moisturizing one....or maybe just use a lighter protein dc. I think my hair likes (and needs) more protein, so I'm going to experiment and let you know what happens.
I've only use mielle from this list (it's a favourite, I don't like the smell tho). I only use for 15mins or less or my hair will be brittle. It makes my hair really soft and bounce back. I also like the mielle strengthening mask. Bask and bloom brahmi root hair mask, and shescentits restorative hair mask (dont remember the specific names because theres so much but their all good). Kinky tresses restorative mask too.
PunkGirlRock I feel you. I don’t really care for the mint smell either but it does work really well. And thanks for the recommendations. Def need to try those masks out. I just need to chill on the buying products for now lol.
I was actually torn between two of the products you mentioned in this video, and this has actually convinced me to buy both lol. Really great and thorough video!
i loooveeee that Mielle Organics deep conditioner! im normal to high porosity so i can use it often and it goes so fast and lowkey expensive 😩 i need to reup
So I feel like a protein conditioner is just a type of protein treatment. Not all protein treatments are conditioners like the Aphogee 2 step treatment. I typically use a protein treatment (I like protein conditioners) twice a month. I hope that helps!
Hey love ☺️ Thanks so much for subscribing! I co wash, rinse, protein treatment, rinse, and then if my hair lacks moisture then I will deep condition afterwards. If my hair feels fine then I go into styling.
Very helpful!! I like the Mielle Organics for the slip but the smell is disgusting!! I wish they would tone it down some. I do love the smell of the Miche.
Hey beautiful! Glad you found the video helpful. I actually don’t mind the smell even though I normally don’t like minty smells lol. Thanks for watching 💕
Hey love. I don't think you can go wrong with either one. I will say that the mielle organics one of my fav deep conditioners of all time. But either one is worth trying.
Hey Love. I have a review on Botanika Beauty The Mender Protein treatment. Check out the link below. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JooK3dMD2ig.html
So to me the TGIN is more medium to strong protein treatment. The Mielle and Sheamoisture fall in the middle as a medium strength protein conditioner, and then Miche is more of a light treatment. Hope that helps!
