I've recently became a castle, maestro, and blitz main and I've heard people say they aren't the best ops. I learned how to play as them so I can just show that these new mains are just as good as my OG mains like sledge or valk

I have been loving Sens lately. As long as you can consistently hit headshots, the POF-9 isn’t too terrible, and frags can destroy stuff, which is pretty cool (and funny blue wall exists for some playmaking when it happens)

If you like their guns, that’s what’s going to give you the best results.. abilities are important, for sure, but if you die every gunfight because their gun is weak, than you’re kinda useless. It’s more important that you can win gunfights. If you have trouble hitting headshots, try dmr’s.

Kali is actually goated, it just requires major map knowledge and positioning. So like, most of those plays you tried to make with Kali, you mostly took the head on approach. Me personally? I like to go to the opposite side of wherever the enemy's are, hole up the walls and pressure them not to peak long halls or doorways.

Rather than area/entry denial i get good use out of tachankas ability to flush people out, if you know where somebody is and yoy can uave a a teammate hold for you you can try amd get the fire right on them to get them to come out

Siege could easily make kali a viable option if they gave her the grim treatment having her lance bounce off walls or floors could be really useful

I think a majority of operators get me the same results. But there are some ops that I feel I can’t pick or make work unless I practice them a ton or have a good coordinated team. Any shield op is a very different pick I’m not comfortable with, Kali and Glaz because they use snipers, and Caveira because she runs around with a pistol. I think a lot of picks ultimately come down to primary gun unless you are at the highest level and then it’s all about the teamwork.

I like Kali on very specific sites. If they go Radar/server and I have at least a duo with me, I'll use her util to help breach main wall, then I'll go above maps and hold the window into radar, which covers server door too, while using my claymores to block runouts. If I have a good opportunity I'll push into bridge with her and hold pretty much half of server and radar, she can do it solo as long as no one flanks. Worst case I bring our her secondary and run in off of one of my teammates either getting picked off or giving me a good call. No idea if that works in high elo, but that's what I would have done round 1. It locks their movement so much and unless they know exactly were you are, I've yet to be swung on and lose the gunfight. I don't actually know my rank, I was plat on console but this is my first ranked season on PC and I'm having to work my way up from the bottom. I move up like 3 ranks a day atm, playing like an hour or 2. I play with my duo so if he's not on, I don't play ranked, so I genuinely have no clue what my mmr is. (If anyone does this, if they see you, move. If you don't at least pretend like you've rotated, or at the very least change your angle, you'll get prefired)

It is funny to give Kali a breaching charge instead of nade, smoke, hardbreach or maybe give the blank ear effect on the other side of the wall so if bandit stand too close he is deaf for a second

Here's how I'd make Lord Chunky OP: Double the duration time of the fire Cut the ammo count in half and make it so he doesn't have to realod Increase damage and radius slightly And add another mode to launcher to make the nades detonate on impact. Now you might think this too much but so what? Tachanka has never been good in the entire existence of this game it's time our lord take his place at the very top of the meta

Kali being one of the worst is pretty L take. She has the ability to destroy rather than disable gadgets including bulletproof cams, mira, batteries, claws, mute jammers. That automatically makes her somewhat useful. Is her primary dogshit? Absolutely and absolutely not. It's terrible if you're trying to get kills with it, I use it to open lines of sight from a distance, I use it to pop barricades, I use it to open hatches, I use it for utility. If I'm trying to kill someone then I will switch to my secondary which for me 95% of the time is the CZ. I spend the first half of the round just destroying as much of their defense as possible and then come in with my CZ to clean up if my team hasn't killed them all. I play her much more of a support rather than a fragger. She is able to disrupt the defense in ways not not many ops can. I also make sure when I am playing Kali that if I shoot someone with my sniper I make the assumption they are not going to die. I don't have the confidence in getting the headshot and it's way too much to try to calculate "oh is that a 3 armor, was that body, or arm? were they full hp or not?" I shoot and assume they will still be alive so I take cover because that is still a win for me, my goal is to disrupt them and if they die then good maximum value, if they don't die then as long as you don't get shot in return it still mean they're going to have to be healed by their teammates if they even have that option and they're going to be concerned about getting shot from that spot again but I've already moved somewhere else and have started working on destroying things, opening walls, or tagging other people. Don't get me wrong Kali isn't great or even good but when there are ops like Sens, Deimos, and Blackbeard on attack she's definitely not the worst. Also if you bring breaching charges she can also play vertical pretty will on certain maps, there are also some very dirty angles on certain maps that are only really feasible with the 12x. There is an angle from out front on Kafe all the way to the 3rd floor on white stair side balcony for example.

PS5 Plat here: I don't think either of these operators are absolutely terrible. Tachanka can help you set up site really fast, and Kali is a great Castle counter I think Nokk and Thunderbird are far worse than Kali and 'Chanka

In my opinion worst op in the game award goes to vigil he's just useless and at best has a decent gun with no magnification iq follows not too far after really only good for finding site or if your new and have trouble finding cams but she has pretty good guns

Kali is a support op not a entry fragger, you play too aggressive as Kali. She support her team by killing enemies not rushing in (every team game with sniper ever really) example is Cs2 and Tf2.

idk kali can be really useful for wiping gadgets from windows (e.g. oregon dorms), is stronger against bandit (though i see kaid more often...) than thatcher is from my experience, can insta-break azami walls with gadget, and her secondary has been more reliable than some rifles for me. just more niche imo, i would really only pick her for attacking top floor on kanal tbf.

the objectively two worst operators are Iana and Smoke, Iana because she lost her grenades and her recoil got increased so she is absolutely awful, and Smoke because he lost his shield a long time ago and since the laser sight got removed his shotgun is horrible.
